File a chargeback with your bank if you can. Rehlat will take forever and you wont ever get your money back. I filed a chargeback and refunded what i was owed.
I booked a hotel through Rehalt and when I showed up for my reservation, I was told that there was nothing booked under my name. I am still working on disputing this charge with my credit card company. Stick with a well known and reputable third party booking website.

I booked a ticket last month. They were unable to provide me any ticket. Then i ask for refund.
They gave me email contain within 25 days they will refund the amount. Still no refund. Worst customer service. No one reply any calls or emails.
We have done hotel reservation on 1st week of April 2023 (Booking ID - RAE*******) and they could not provide the service. Hence, we requested for refund on 4th April 2023 and they promised within 10-12 business days. Till now we didn't receive our money back.they keep says 24 hours of time to process, but still no progress.
Definitely will not use them again and I do not recommend anyone use their services.Absolutely the worst, even one star is a lot. I should have read the reviews before booking with them. We will never repeat the mistake again.
I wonder how come the management of this company does not take any actions.
They don't have any shame to repeat the same reasons when we are calling. Anyway, i am going to take legal action against Rehlat. These people wasting our time and won't even reply to the emails.

Over 3 months ago a booked a hotel via Rehlat, shortyl after they contacted me ans said, that unfortunarly the hotel is not available anymore. I then asked for a refund, and they said it would take 10 days. This is 3 months ago, and I still have not received my money back, everytime I contact them, I am just receibing the same copy&paste answer "Please wait". Do not book with them, it looks like a scheme, you book a hotel with them and they are never avaialble, and they keep your money. Be carefull they are scammers
I have been following for refund for over a year and every time their answer is refund to be processed in next 48 hrs. Not recommended to book ticket through this site. They're fraudsters. I will approach dubai economic department to raise my case.
I paid for a flight online with this site. A few minutes later I recieved an email saying that my flight could not be confirmed. But my money was still taken. It takes 25 business days for them to refund money according to them. Constumer services isnt very helpful at all. Im still waiting for my money. I have already been waiting for a month for my refund. I will never book through them again. I'd rather drive across the country.

I booked a hotel early April for May through Rehlat. The payment 3112.080 EUR was deducted from my account immediately. In 16th of April I have received letter from rehlat by email: "Your hotel booking was unsuccessful, and a full refund will be initiated for the amount of 3112.080 EUR for booking I'd RGL*******, Which will be credited to your respective bank account within 10-15 business days".
On the 27th June I had not received my refund and emailed requesting when to expect the refund.
I have emailed and phoned since and keep being told it will come in in 10-15 days or 2 days. So far I have not received a cent. I feel this is a fraudulent organization.
I Just wonder how dare google have a cooperation with this rehlat and what should I do to ask my money back?

I also called the customer care to add on the free shuttle we bus from Abu Dhabi to Dubai and they refuse to help but Emirates say all travel agents do this free of charge. I'm scared as hell about the fact that Rehlat has charged me but not given me my ticket as yet, is this a scam?

I used Rehlat to book a hotel room, which they were unable to reserve for me for some obscure reason.
It's now been over three weeks now since I am chasing them on a regular basis to get a refund and still haven't seen a sign of a single penny on my account.
I had booked a hotel at Heathrow airport through the third party Rehlat. Unfortunately my girlfriend had a bad accident fracturing multiple bones in her face - she was told by medics that she should not to travel to the U.K. Due
To the fractures. I immediately contacted ( 20 days before the check in date) Rehlat and sent them the photos and the medical report and asked for a refund or a postponement due to medical reasons. Eventually they replied stating contact the hotel directly - I did so and Aerotel were amazing as they fully understood and confirmed that they have no issue with the cancellation and refund however as I booked through Rehlat they would need to cancel the booking and they asked
Me to send their email confirming that they have no objection to it - I did. I emailed Rehlat on several occasions over the 20 day period before check in and telephoned them and told they would pass it on to the right department - I called again and was told it would be sorted - I emailed them on at least 10 occasions and I kept saying the same thing that it has been passed

Nothing and now I have lost my money as they have not cancelled the booking - Avoid this company Rehlat at all costs as they have caused me such an emotional roller coaster as I have been worried about my girlfriend and her injuries and at the same time they have added to my anxiety.

Do not book any flights or hotels through the Rehlat app or website. They are tremendous liars. On June 8,2023, I purchased a ticket from Kuwait to Mumbai for June 23,2023. However, at the same time, they removed my money and only one booking id was created. I haven't received a phone call or a letter in the last seven days.
I'm terribly upset since I don't have enough money to travel to India. Rehlat fabricated all of the favorable reviews on this page. As a result, please do not do any transition on Rehlat and kindly advise your dears not to fall victim to this fraud. Please share this word on social media so that no one falls victim to this fraud.

I have contacted them prior to the cancelation and they have confirmed the money will be refounded in 10 - 15 business days. It has been more than 1 month since and no refound was issued.
