I am writing to bring to your attention an issue with a recent hotel booking that I made through Rehlat.
I booked a hotel through your platform and was charged a certain percentage as an advance payment before the actual stay. Unfortunately, I had to cancel my trip, and as a result, I did not stay at the hotel. According to your refund policy, I am eligible for a refund of the booking amount since the cancellation was made within the specified timeframe.
I have attempted to communicate with your customer support team via email to process the refund, but to my dismay, I have not received any response or acknowledgment from Rehlat thus far. This lack of response is causing me significant concern, and I am left without any clarity on the status of my refund request.

I made a hotel reservation and it turned out that I had to pay extra because the price was already different. I refused and they sent me an email that they would refund the amount within 10-15 days. I'm still waiting and the only thing I get is the same email every day that there will be information within 48 hours.
Past 3 years im not get right answers how many time i called costamer care no use rehlat should think not me only...
They charge you erroneous fees and refuse to give you your rightful refund. Please file a dispute with your bank if you are in the same situation. Believe all the other reviews, it is not worth booking with them. I have been reporting them on every platform and organization. They will steal your money.

I booked a flight with Rehlat thinking that it would be great to offer a chance to a Start up and help a new company to rise. My flight was pending for more than 24 hours then it was cancelled without any reason. Now I need to wait for a refund. According to the reviews I am sure I will never see my money back. I wanted to take another ticket but now the price is x2. Rehlat is such a scam, do not book through them. It's a lot of stress and a waist of money. Rehlat you are a shame for the tech world. You are a scam. You deserve to be shut down. I am so angry at you that I will leave a bad review in every single website and I will make sure that everyone knows how bad you are. Theft.
I booked my Flight on 31st May 2023. Till date the didn't received refund since the booking was not confirmed from Rehlat side.
They are showing flight status is available after booked the flight they are informing booking is pending. Without confirming flight money is also deducted from account when I contact for the refund they told as per their policy they are saying you will get your full refund in 20 Days since my booking date is 31st May 2023 till date no refund, To get refund i am calling every alternate date to the customer care every time i am getting answers you will get response in 24 hours but no response after 24 hours or 48 Hours. They are not responding mail also.
Paid with a credit card, but the ticket never arrived. Called customer service and the guy promised the ticket will come. As soon as I got off the phone, I got an email saying they "canceled the ticket due to technical difficulties". I called them back for an explanation and a fix, but they would not explain what happened, nor try to rebook a ticket, nor offer any solution, or return my money. That's when I found these reviews and learned they scam people by never refunding! I could hear the guy's boss whisper answers to his ears when I demanded an explanation for their shady business practices. BUT THEY REALLY WANTED ME TO TRANSFER MY MONEY INTO THEIR INSTANT WALLET FOR FUTURE PURCHASES__WHAT A SCAM!

I recently made a hotel reservation through this service, but unfortunately, I encountered some issues. Although they charged my credit card, I never received a confirmation email.
I decided to contact their customer service and initially chose the English option. However, the call quality was poor, with frequent disruptions and difficulty in hearing the representative.
I then switched to Arabic, hoping for better communication. Thankfully, the line was clear this time, but the representative informed me that their system was experiencing technical difficulties. She asked me to call back in a few minutes. Despite my attempts to follow her suggestion, every time I called, she claimed the system was still down. Frustrated, I switched back to English, but the call quality remained unusable.
After enduring this for two hours, I decided to call the Arabic line again and insisted on a solution, making it clear that I wouldn't end the call without one. She continued to apologize for her inability to assist, but I remained firm in my resolve.
Finally, after forty-five minutes on the call, she asked for my reservation number and sent a confirmation email. However, given the previous issues, I had doubts about the email's authenticity. To verify, I contacted the hotel directly and discovered that they couldn't locate my reservation initially. I stayed on the line with the representative until the hotel was able to confirm my reservation.
Before ending the call, I sternly warned the representative of canceling the reservation after the call. She didn't, but my experience was upsetting.
I just saw recent reviews about cheap flights booked then they will suddenly come back to inform you that you need to pay extra. I got the same experience for hotel. They came back to me a few days before the booking date to inform that the hotel increased the room rate and that I need to pay more directly to the hotel. I called the hotel and they said that it was Rehlat's mistake and they just wanted me to shoulder their mistake. If I will end up paying more, I'd rather book to a better hotel. It's my first time with this website but will definitely use it again nor recommend. Until now, they still did not refund my money.
They lower the ticket price by not listing the required fees, after checkout the receipt of what you bought changes, for example mine included taxes pre-checkout and didn't include taxes after I paid. They will then try and get more money from you and charge you for cancellation. I should have looked them up before but I figured google travel would only suggest real ticket brokers.
Also downloaded their app to setup my ticket and it changed to a foreign language after entering my account details and its just advertisements now.
Worst experience ever! I would to give a zero star if I could. The booking website has no hotel room details. I made the booking and had to contact the hotel by myself to find out what I booked! It turns out to be the lowest grade of room with the same price as other hotels' supreme rooms. I decided to cancel my booking in early May and until now, Mid July, THE REFUND OF MORE THAN 500AUD HAS NOT BEEN DONE! The customer services department only reply the email that " they have contacted the finance department" and no follow-up from there. Never experience such disgusting booking website.
I bought a flight from them. I paid the full price. They then told me a flight had not been purchased (?) and they'd try to get me one in the next few hours. I requested that we cancel the transaction and that I be reimbursed. They accepted, and then sent me an email saying the refund would be processed in the next SIX WEEKS! I emailed back to politely but firmly ask why it would take such an outrageous amount of time, and they stopped replying to my repeated messages. It's now been more than 6 weeks and they still have not refunded at the time of writing this review. This company is either a scam or a joke. Avoid at all costs.
Don't even think visiting their website. It's a trap and you'll only get high blood pressure. They're a group of unscrupulous bunch of pyramid sellers, simply the height of vileness.
