I guess in every travel agency, even the best ones we will experience imperfection. So even if I have read negative reviews, i just did give it a try., cause they really have a good offer. I booked my 5-star hotel in Dubai. They sent confirmation. I checked with hotel if it's confirmed and so it is. I think they are trying to improve their service after all

They literally scammed my family, selling us "business class" and issuing economy. The airline (Cathay) knew nothing about them and couldn't help. In the end, was offered refund ("we will waive the cancellation, but you should be charged." Wow. Thank you).
But by this time, alternatives had all gone up 20-40%. They ruined our holiday travel.
It took 2 months to sort this mess out. They never returned my calls, I must have chased them 10 times.
Do not use them.

Worse travel company ever! I have used other travel companies in the past and I am aware of how they operate. I missed my flight due to insane traffic in Dubai. Despite checking in to my flight before, it was deemed a no show. I understood this was my fault and I was fully prepared to pay a penalty and get on the next flight. I spent hours, literally hours calling Rehlat to sort the issue. I received numerous automatic messages from them asking me to choose a new travel date but would immediately get a message back saying the case was closed. I was told there were fees associated with a changed flight and I was prepared to pay the fees but I never received an email with payment link (something they kept telling me I would get) finally in one of our last conversations I was told it would take 48 hours to receive a new payment email. At that point I had been waiting almost 20 hours from the time I missed my flight and I had very important business to handle in Dar Es Salaam. When I expressed how ridiculous it was the sales rep on the phone told me I should be grateful that she was trying to help. Those were here exact words. Be grateful for what? Your lackluster service and poor attempt at helping. I got the run around and no answers from anyone, even when I asked to speak to management. I'm paying almost the same amount in flight changes as I did for the flight AND you all arent even letting me pay or giving concrete information. No one has time to wait 48 hours and even after 48 hours I never received payment info. I sent several emails, spent a ton of credit calling Rehlat only to ultimately end up booking a whole new flight directly through the airline and paying for a new ticket. I knew the low rate Rehlat offered was too good to be true. It is such a shame that a travel agency in the Middle East which has so much potential lacks basic customer service skills and has shady business practices. At this point a refund or flight voucher seems impossible as all Rehlat knows how to do is send automatic emails, not respond to calls or customer feedback, and exhibit poor communication skills. I am so disappointed with my experience with Rehlat, I love giving recommendations as I travel a lot and have a large network of people who ask me about tips and companies to use. I would NEVER recommend Rehlat to anyone. Stick to the well known travel companies.

I never used rehlat.com for reservations, never heard of it before actually. However, I got three transactions on my visa card in two different months January 2017 and March 2017, all seem to be reserved for Qatar-originating tickets (charge was in Qatari Riyal), the first two QAR 648.9 (flydubai ticket) & AED 2969 was deducted from my card> I had to stop the card and issue new one. Then The new one also somehow hacked probably from POS machine at a hotel (I suspect) and again there was a trial to deduct AED ******* fortunately the amount was not available and rejected, again I have to replace card. I called rehlat.com immediately after the first fraud and asked them at least to stop the transaction of AED 2969 since it seemed then unused (pending) I wrote them email also their account dept *******@rehlat.com with all proofs that I am the owner of card, totally no response and total ignorance till the transaction was claimed and deducted from my card. No wonder hackers like to use their site to buy tickets because of weak payment system and careless ignorant staff + who knows what relation to hackers?!

We book a ticket going to Oman to this Rehlat, prior to getting a Visa, worth 1140. 60ae ( Two Return Tickets). We were not granted a visa on that day (Tuesday Feb 28) our flight supposed to be March 2. We requested them to change the flight to Sunday March 5 by calling them March 1, and says that we cannot change the flight date and we need to go and use our ticket, I said how can we go and use the ticket without the visa? If we don't do that we will be charge of no show and cannot be refunded the ticket. How can they do that? 'Write an email to them to cancel our tickets and this we got from them:

Candida Armstrong, you have sent me numerous email indicating how sorry you are for my inconvenience, but have fail to return my calls as promise, my emails addressing issue, or refund me my money. I am getting really irritated by the way your company is handling this problem. Every Time I contact the office and give my booking number, the representative pretend like they can't hear me and the phone in disconnected. If a representative do decide to handle the problem, they only ask to take my number down and tell me someone will get back to me. Well, I'm still waiting on a call. I can not understand a company that pride themselves in stealing from customers. This company really need to be a shame of what they are doing and I pray that the Most Hight deal with each and everyone of you accordingly! In the meanwhile give me my money!

I made reservation since 10 days now, they told me there was a technical problem and your ticket was not issued and since then they didn't refund my money back, I call each day they tell me same answer we will contact the specialized department which is located in the UAE and will get back to you. They are unable to give you any accurate answer, they always tell you it is out of our hands and it is in the hands of the management, what kind of customer service is this, why is there a customer service center when he is unable to do any action. I will never book on this website again and will never recommend it to anybody I know. Hopefully I will get my money back soon.

REHLAT yields the following RESPECTABLE services:
1) Response to Internet Reviews seriously - credit to REHLAT Customer Service Delight's representative named Candida for her efforts reaching me and clarification related to my issues. She is polite and set good example for being a responsible support.
2) Refund received 1-week after ticket cancellation. For my case, penalty still being charged as booking with airline already confirmed.
These are however the risks when booking with REHLAT:
1) Confusing travel route and travel time in website Rehlat.ae - please upgrade for user-friendliness.
2) Timely support service system - any help via email will only reach you soonest 24 hours.
3) Booked ticket from website not readily available like when you book directly via airlines's online booking.
4) You are commited to be charged with cancellation fees when the ticket is not available and should you do not agree with the alternative dates/routes.
Issue solved with penalty fees.

I finally found the worst travel agency. I booked a transferable ticket and when I applied for a change it was denied for some unclear reasons. Several calls, many hours and some 10 days later it became clear that they purchased a non transferable ticket but charged me for the transferable price. And simply hoped that things would resolve themselves.
If I could give a minus 100 for bad service, horrible business practice, Non-operational website and outright scamming then this is it.

Don't book the ticket with them, this the worlst website I ever seen, its scammy website, they will use your personal details such as Credit card Details and things with some other agency,
Then ticketing department is so pathetic, they don't know even date change, refund, noshow, one of the customer support agent first time heared the word Noshow, How these people are running this website.

Its an amazing website for booking tickets. Although the customer support call centre keeps you on hold for 15-20 mins before answering the fares that they offer are cheaper than other websites. I had booked a ticket and wanted to cancel it and book another ticket. They said they will be refunding back the cash into my account within 2-3 weeks but it was done in merely just 5 days. I was a bit worried when i was going through the reviews mentioned by others but it was not the case with me. I give them 5 stars. Keep up the good work rehlat team.

Tried to book my tickets, they cannot even do that but all they are good at is deducted money from the account. Facebook says typically answers in a minute but OMG seriously no hope. Past 23 minutes and counting, I am on waiting to speak with some one that too on a holiday, seriously! Your representatives are busy, yes customers will abuse for the poor service. Learn service and then do business.

I had booked my flight with them as they were that little bit cheaper than booking with the airline direct. I needed to make a change to the return date and tried to call them. You just get put in a hold queue and told your call will be answered shortly. It never does.
I then emailed them only to get am automated reply to say they have received my email and will get back to me in 24 hours.
I also sent them a message through their website.
I never did get a reply from them.
I have managed to do the changes over the phone directly with the airline.
Do yourself a favor, don't bother using Rehlat unless you are sure you don't ever need to contact them.
Just booked ticket last night with them and ticket were not issued but money deducted on my accnt/ card? Till now no reply from them as they only say they will refund the amount?
I had a very bad experience. Very poor customer service and do not give the right information. Will never use REHLAT! Will not recommend, not worth it.
