I have been purchasing majority of my tickets from Rehlat for the past two years almost. I was initially paranoid about using their site. But to this day I have never felt frustrated about the bookings. I am a frequent traveler traveling almost two times in a month. Rehlat is my first go to option. I have in fact saved a lot from their hotel bookings and flights that I have started purchasing tickets even for my parents and cousins from the rehlat site. I do let the people at my work place know about this website and since I purchase from the site I do encourage them to do the same. I am pleased, highly encourage people to use it. If you book in advance you get rates that are the best rates. You would never be disappointed. I feel this is a big time blessing for me.

I booked a ticket with wrong name. I tried cancelling the same immediately but could not process as it was a budjet flight. However i booked another ticket in same airline through rehlat itself. The rehlat representative was too helpful and got me 50% refund within 24 hours despite i issued a non refundable ticket in jazeera( Kuwait-dubai-Kuwait). But this happened in my latest booking done on 19 feb. Before that the srvice was par. But the latest booking, The represetative Mr. Naseer was too good and helpful. He replied to each email in 5-10 minutes time. Good Job

Last month i have posted my review about my worst and bad experience from rehlat who is sole responsible for my money lose and mental cause.
These guys just sent me and this forum a reply by requesting my booking reference number, looks as eye wash as they have responded, that's it, until now no update, no reply for my reminder mail too, please take care, i won't recommend rehlat.

The Customer Support team were sympathetic and very helpful. They worked with the hotel to get me a full refund within a 2 days. I received regular calls & mails from them keeping me updated on progress and what they planned to do next.

I had a great experience booking my flight from Kuwait to Lahore Pakistan but because air line suspend their operation my booking cancelled by the air line. The price I got back through Rehlat. For getting my money back Really good customer service. Really professional in dealing with my issue. I saw the reviews earlier and i was thinking they will be really bad in dealing with customers. But she proved herself as a good human being who takes other people issues seriously. Thanks to Rehlat.

Today I booked a ticket through Rehlat and they held the booking for hours and upon request they released the ticket for similar dates ticket issued with fake address and for different month in 2018... Iam going to the court to sue them...

Their service is poor, unreliable hotel rates. Once you made the booking they will deduct the money on your account with failed booking. They will communicate through email, they ask additional money to proceed for booking and promised to send you the booking voucher, after a couple a hour you will not hear anything from them until you will contact them, and on my dismay, they said i need to add more charges to proceed. They will make the price cheap as bait to book on their site, once booked they will asked more money to confirm you booking. Never trust this website. My holiday was destroyed, i supposed to have out of town trip for long weekend, but rehlat hold my money to iniate my next booking.
