I booked a 2 ways flight to Qatar and received the confirmed e-ticket.
My first way was ok. When I had to return, I found out in the airport that I have no booking and in the System it shows that the return flight was cancelled by Rehlat after 3 days I bought and received confirmation of the ticket.
Of course no one informed me Pior reaching the airport that my ticket was canceled.
Hopefully they will provide better service when it comes to refund
When I contacted customer support for ticket date change, their agents were good & help me to choose flight on new travel dates. Price are less when compared to other websites. Good customer service & keep doing the good work.

I used to book my flights with Rehlat.com, it's my favorite site, and I usually benefit from their coupons and their Karam discount system.One day, there was a problem with my payment, I quickly communicate with the customer service center and they responded to me very quickly, and In less than 5 minutes the problem was resolved as best as possible. It was a very nice experience, booking with Rehlat. I booked a ticket from Doha to Karachi through Rehlat awailing a good discount coupon, even more cheaper than airline offering. Got the ticket at an instant. Hope Rehlat will keep posting more coupons from time to time.
Earlier there was a error in receiving promo code from Rehlat, that was also rectified immediately by their efficient staff.
I have a small suggestion, please Rehlat allow Qatari Riyal (QAR) as a currency for booking, as for online purchase, we are being charged a percentage for converting it to KWD, AED or SAR.

Made a booking for my wife from Abu Dhabi to Islamabad only to realize that the date i had booked was beyond the deadline for my wife's immigration exit from UAE. Contacted the helpline through email, within 2 hours i got a callback from their customer service and within 3 hours the booking was cancelled, amount refunded to rehlat wallet( karam) without any deductions for cancellation and a new booking (on a different airline btw) was made which proceeded smoothly. Their customer service agent Mr. Hafeez sheik was very professional and helpful throughout and there were no hiccups in payment processing for both the bookings. So all in all this is a very good start and my next booking will be through rehlat as well. I hope they keep up this level of service.
