Me and my wife are grateful. You people just made our holiday good by giving us the hotel room we were looking for. I just tried booking a room for Holiday Inn Express, but unfortunately the bookings were filled out! I thought I would not be going on the trip we had been planning for so long. Recently, I have booked a flight to Dubai from Kuwait City. I really liked the deals which they offered and the top of it I paid in AED unlike other where I have to take pain of changing currency. I even received cashback for my flight booking. Thanks to Rehlats customer support, they answered me when I asked about baggage. The best travel company Ive ever seen because no other sites bother to answer this. It builds a good customer relationship with its quick and friendly responses.

My experience with Rehalt has been extremely negative. The website is not user-friendly and when you select an airport, it offers different ones to the one you selected, even if you specifically request a particular airport. It just lists the city as the final destination rather than the airport.
I did not originally notice the error as the city, time and price were the same as I had checked on Skyscanner. When the booking confirmation was sent, I then could see that it listed the incorrect airport than the one I had selected in the search criteria on Rehlat's website.
My experience then just got worse. The customer service centre you have to call is terrible - on one day, I was cut off 4 times by different agents - they are very rude to customers and just cut you off rather than trying to sort your problem. I had provided my confirmation number and name to one agent, and then he asked for some other number. When I asked what he was referring to, he just said, you need that and then cut me off! I have never known such terrible customer service. Unfortunately, you have to go through them and wait for a call back from the main customer centre.
When I finally received a call back from the main team (after several days), I was offered a change of flight price that was the same price as buying a brand new flight. I could get the price cheaper by going direct to the airline.
They tried to insist that there is no problem with their website, but finally they saw the error. They have still not sorted my problem and have just offered to pay for a taxi between the airports, but it does not solve the problem that they provided me with an airport that I did not select on their website and their local customer service team is very rude and unprofessional to customers.

1. Booked one hotel 3 months ago. When i tried to check in, i found that it was cancelled! OMG, it is still confirmed in my booking in the website. And NO EMAIL OR NO CALL TO TELL me it was cancelled. TERRIBLE
2. Their KARAM system was terrible. Asked how to use it, the customer support team KEPT repeating "check our website". NOT helpful at all.
3. even i gave my mobile number, they said they can not connect me saying it is invalid! Considering the previous communication, their system is really terrible.
Overall, this company system errors are terrible. Even the support team try to help, but their abilities is limited.
I don't recommend anyone to use this website. Plz try to avoid it.

I just faced an issue where I was searching for flight on Kayak.com and Rehlat came as the cheapest price.
When I clicked on booked, I was directed to Rehlat.com, where the price was the same on the website.
Suddenly, without any notification, the price has changed.
They are showing low rates to attract customers, then change the price to be even higher from other sites.
Please do not foul yourself with Rehlat cheap prices.
I have attached screen shots for you to understand how they play it in a very sneaky way showing the new price in different currency, and when you try to change the currency, they won't allow you except when you create an account first.
So If we are on hurry, you will fall into this scam for sure.

Please note that any guest trying to book through our website, are allowed to choose the currency as per their wish.
Also, I would like to inform you that fare increase happens, when the class of booking is not available and the next class is of a higher price, which you have been informed prior to making the payment.
And as per the call recording you has with my colleague, he offered to cancel the booking with nil cancellation charges and process full refund for which you have denied and wanted the confirmed ticket as you intended to travel on the same.
If you still wish to discuss and close this on a mutual /amiable, please let me know, else we would consider this case as closed.
