Worst services!
October 14, 2017

I booked a ticket, which was not confirmed for long time. No one was picking the calls, later they have replied for my mail demanding for additional money due to hike in ticket prices. That too their demand was 100% extra.

I bought a ticket from their website. It was confirmed. After 2 days they sent an email asking for a photocopy of the credit card! Otherwise they will cancel the tickets. Tried to contact them, numbers are not working. Sent an email, no response!. They are doing a trick by annoying customers and getting large cancellation fees. Donot recommend them at all

Refunding fees!

Worst site ever.
October 11, 2017

This site cheat people. I booked for 550aed worth of ticket. I request to cancel the ticket few minutes after i booked it. Now they are telling me theres a cancellation fee of 450aed. Can't believe how they afford to cheat people. BTW the ticket is refundable.

Today, I booked a flight from Dubai to Istanbul,
They took my money TWICE form my credit card and didn't issue my ticket, when i contacted them they told me that i have to contact my bank, and i did, my bank confirmed that they have took two transactions and the bank approved them and they say no we havent, i made a conference call between my bank and them, they refused to tall to my bank,
I asked them to provide an address in UAE or Kuwait or any country, they refused, then i discovered that this website has no legal license to establish this business, and they have NO offices, only a few Egyptians just trying to scam ppl.
Now my money is gone for nothing!

I booked a refundable ticket a few days ago with thim. After few days the price dropped down so I contact them to rebook the flight and give me the price difference! There answers was we can't do it! I called flydubai directly and they told me if I booked the flight directly from there website they will be able to give me the price difference as a voucher but in my case I must call my travel agency. I called them again and they told me we can't do anything for you! What a mess. If the airline itself can do it then you MUST be able to do it. Don't waste your time and money with this company. They will never give you your money back even if the airline company it self agreed to give you the money! Now I can understand why all these bad reviews is here...

Awful service, never again!

I can't begin to detail the story behind my experience with Rehlat! Not only are there response times to emails a joke given it's the travel industry, their inability to actually read a simple email is outstanding. Their constant promos indicate their poor business model, they have to lure unsuspecting customers in with discounts as they have no repeat customers. Skyscanner are a small bit more expensive but worth it. One word of advice don't waste your time with this company, you'll regret it and you'll end up spending more in the long run. Never again!

This is not my first time to book online, however this is by far the worst booking experience.

I booked a hotel last week to enjoy the vacation with my family (parents/seniors and kids) through rehlat in a hotel called lilyland in Hurghada Egypt. Full Payment was made and taken by Rehlat.

When I went this week to check in; the hotel was not aware of my booking and I had to wait for 5 hours to check in the hotel as the hotel didn't recieve the FULL PAYMENT I made and Rehlat has used a 3rd medium for the booking.

I had to call rehlat when I reached the hotel so the booking can be sent (though the confirmation was sent to my email it was never sent to the hotel).

I have to pay more for my stay since the full amount I paid never reached the hotel.

Hotelbeds and rehlat both were contacted, the first never replied and the 2nd is prolonging the communication process instead of finding the solution to what I am put through. And calling customer services is useless as they give fake promises of returning back with a solution or having some one call back.

This is my 4th day in the hotel and I am still waiting for a solution from rehlat. Awaiting a proper professional solution.

In the future; I would never deal with Rehlat as it failed to be a trustworthy and professional organization that you can depend on in online transactions.

Excellent service

I've read all the negative comments and you didn't have any right to give them 1 or 2 stars as it's your fault guys. I used it many times and everything was very good, the guys answering the phone are so patient, me and my friends didn't face any problem with them. I don't think that if i changed my mind and want to change the date or even to cancel it is their fault! If you want to do any changes on your tickets you have to pay for it!

Everyone wants to get his problem resolved without paying any penalty! How come guys!

You have to read all the terms and conditions before booking and simply for the deals too. Try to tire your self reading it before giving anyone bad review

Be honest with yourselves guys. They're working really hard and very good.

By far the worst Company and the worst custome support ever and no services that can be provieded from dead not understading person and they are profisionally scaming PPL don't book with them as they will take your money and not help you a bit and even pay back for the mistake they make

Their customer care is really pathetic. Any cancellation or change requests take so much time that your flight would have already taken off by the time they respond. I have tried the email options and call options but the customer care always has the standard reply to wait for 24 hrs which never get over. By the time they respond either the rates would have gone so high or your flight would have taken off. Please abstain from booking in case you expect your travel plan to change by any chance

Post the review on this site I was contacted by Ms Candida Alexander and my problem was resolved in quick time. I really appreciate the concern shown by the Customer Delight team in resolving the issue post escalation in quick time and for their courteousness. I expect that the next time these things happen without escalation.

I am had a very bad experience with Rehlat, and it appears to be a common situation from the other posts.
I tried to book a flight. They could not complete the booking within ten minutes. They took my money. They said that I would receive a refund within 24-48 hours. Even this would have been too long. I was stuck at the airport trying to buy a new ticket as my prior flight had been cancelled. They took my money, provided no new flight and left me at the airport, no flight and no money. It took 3 days to get a refund and no communications from them.

Unless you want to risk paying a lot of money to get nothing, go somewhere else.

Furthermore, their call centre is very poor with staff unable to address customer's requirements without referring to head office. Very poor. Very disappointed. Very upset.

On 12-July-2017 i made booking with is horrible company booking number(*******) to Manila on 22-July. The price was AED 943.58 for one way I made the payment then I received an email of the ticket but the date was change to 22-Aug. I took a snap shot of the screen and email it to the customer service. And this is their answer " If you wish to make the above date change the charges applicable would be 1370. 00 AED per passenger. Please note ** the fares shared are not guaranteed and are based on seats available with the airline."
Even though is their mistake and their system problem still they will not fix it and you will not get your money back. So i have to purchase another ticket from other agency for 1400 AED. Be careful stay away from the Rehlat.com. I called them many time a have sent them many email but no use they will keep you wait and wait and the price will go up everyday.

Hello Team,
Today i. E 7 JUL 2017 around 17:30 hrs UAE time, booked a ticket from DXB to BLR with booking id ******* for 10 AUG 23:25 departure as they offered cheapest rates.

Although, I saw all your negative reviews, I though of taking a risk and booked it. To my unfortunate, you are all still the same. Hate this agency. They booked the flight for 01 AUG 17 and flight is confirmed too. WOW.

I have raised a ticket for this issue with your team ref. *******. Customer care speaks of charging me for cancellation and change of date. This is your freaking website issue and mine is not the only case like this, which has been reported on similar grounds. Trust me, if this issue is not resolved this issue, I will make sure you are blacklisted on all social networks.

Appreciate your response.

Booked for 10 AUG 23.25 OMAN AIR.

Tried it once, as it showed lowest ticket price on price comparison search. Upon reaching their site, with introduced hidden fee which basically made it equal to others.

I paid using Debit card, and was debited. Then few days later I noticed email saying there is problem with my payment and I should call them. I confirmed it's not scam email but legit. I called and the guy on the phone was rude, talking to me like some ignorant person (I'm computer engineer!). I told him what happened and he asked me doubtingly "How come?". I told him I should be asking that question, as I'm reading their email right now. He kept insisting there is no such email and that everything is fine.

Eventually, everything was fine. But what was that email then? And what kind of support is that?

My ticket was not booked after I made payment and I received an e-mail confirming inability to book the ticket as it was sold out. I had to call Rehlat call centre, they were such patient and listened carefully to my complaint, acted at once and I got a call from the main centre customer support within few minutes addressing the issue which was solved after 10-15 minutes, and mt ticket was issued and sent by e-mail. I was trying to make a booking through their site for Oman Air. In the booking summary page, it says non-refundable. But when I am clicking the 'show more details' options it says cancellation fee is 130. I was confused and called their number. The poor guy wanted my booking ID or mobile number. I tried to convince him very clearly that I am yet to make a booking and wants to know the airlines policy for the cancellation BEFORE making the booking. Therefore, I DON'T have a booking ID yet. But he insisted that you give me the booking ID then only I can help. Finally, tired of convincing the guy, cancelled my call and there I am.

What a disaster for a beginner like Rehlat
