Beware of Rehlat. They are scammers. I booked a flight with them and it was rescheduled. I wanted to cancel it and get refunded. They said they would charge taxes, convenience fees and admin fees. With a rescheduled flight you should get full refund. I had another bad experience with them before. They are thieves. Ali Baba

I received full refund from airline and requested a refund from Rehlat firstly they mentioned they will deduct AED 80 as service charge where no service was provided by them in cancellation on several request to not deduct money they have ignored the request. Now when I am following up for deducted refund they say it will take 30 to 60 working days (which means 75 days) for a refund, I am shocked that a refund takes 60 days. I regularly book ticket and sometime cancell it but never have experience such a delay and casual approach from any service provider.
They are PATHETIC to deal with.
WILL NEVER RECOMMEND TO BOOK WITH REHLAT.

I have cancelled my flight (Booking ID: *******) on 13th July 2020 and awaiting the refund. This is on 9th month and there is no update regarding the refund. I have done a minimum of 25 follow ups through mail and call altogether and ends up the message like "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused due to delay in the refund process. We are checking with the concerned team, Once they update us we will let you know the same.".

Please beware of booking the ticket in Rehlat site. They are not ready to support us; They are not ready to provide clear information about our request. Simply pick the call and namesake responding our queries and forgot our complaints. We need to call and regularly follow up them since I am following up more than a month... its totally irritated jobs. We paid the money and running behind them... As a customer not recommended to book air ticket in this site.

I booked my ticket last year January 2020, and my flight will be on April 2020! My flight got canceled already because of the pandemic so I decided to take a refund, it was a smooth transaction because they're active to reply but sooner all the phrases they sent to me through email are all the same, now its March 2021 A YEAR NOW! And I still didn't get my refund! I called up already a thousand times but unfortunately the same scenario " Kindly note that we have forwarded your email query to our support team for a review and applicable revert." The Airline already emailed me that they already give the refund to rehlat but they're fooling me around, they will tell that they are still waiting from the airline like seriously? I'm already tired and frustrated because the money i earned was wasted, everyone of us are suffering from this pandemic but they making it worst to the people who have less income. You better close the company and give refund for all the customers you cause so much inconvenience!

Thanks to Ms Candida and all the other team members who helped me in getting my refund back. I booked two tickets in Feb/March 2020, when flights were cancelled. One ticket was refunded with in few months. The other took time and it seemed as if i would never get it back but i got the refund last week. Hello, It has been 1 year now and the refund is not processed. I sent several emails, visited your office in Kuwait, called the Customer Care but nothing yielded result. Airlines refunded the money to your account in July 2020 and still the money is not credited into your account.

I have sent 45 Reminders every week phone calls, but getting same typical poor worst response... bear with us refund in process. No improvement... rehlat behaviour is fraudulent... they received the money back from airlines around 3 months back but holding money illegally...

I booked return ticket through the website, but one of the flight was cancelled. I called the company, they promised me full refund. However, after I received the refund offer, they tried charge me extra 25% of the return ticket.
While I was communicating with them through emails - most of my mails were simply ignored. If I received response, it never contained answers for questions that I asked (it seems almost like automatic response).
Explanation behind 25% extra charge was that they booked it on airline was ridiculous: 1. Some extra charges were "miscalculation" (without apology) and 2. That they booked it on airline as separate tickets, thus they need to charge me penalty for not canceled ticket. However, I am absolutely sure they didn't inform me about this before booking. Moreover, they didn't inform me about the prices of these 2 ticket, so I have no clue how they want to separate the price now. It's just ridiculous.

Very bad follow up and customer service (CS).
The airline cancelled my ticket and I filed my refund request due to COVID. I've received an email from Rehlat Agent (Mr Khaleel Ahmed) on 15/Dec/2020, "With reference to your refund request, please be informed that we have processed your refund today and same will be credited to your account within 4-5 working days as per the Bank policy." BUT UNTIL NOW, NOP REFUND CREDITED TO MY ACCOUNT.
The CS keeps saying "will send a reminder to our finance team and you will receive an email within an hours/day", BUT NO REPLY.
Answer: Same thing here! I see lot of complaints here of the same nature. They seem to be scammers! Holy hell. Will complain to the Police here straight away
