Rehlat - Is a Fraud and Cheating Airline Booking Portal. They have not refunded my amount after continous follow up. The Call centers give vague false excuses all the time ( will call in 24 hours, but never they call) and the amount is not refunded Yet. Be Cautious to book through Rehlat.
Rehlat is NOT TRUSTWORTHY and only to CHEAT Customers Money
THey are scammers. They will charge you even when they havent booked your flight. They will hike the fares and demand for more once the prices hike and getting a refund from them is like fighting a battle. Once the payment is done they dont even bother about responding you.

Very worst experience I Ever had on this Agency. I request to change the date but i got the response very late till i missed the flight.
And saying not refundable eventhough I did the add ons option and paid extra for refund if ever missed the Flight.
THIS AGENCY IS HORRIBLE.
I advice to all not to use this ever.

After one year from requesting my refund, every day I sent an email and call customer services that say always we will send your refund to your account soon and I am waiting after one year they said that your refund failed due to we need the details of the bank account and I send much time then I am waiting 3 months and not received any amount in my account, the start calling every day they said we already send money to your account but I am not received any they then I requested reference number to check with the bank they not send 1 month waiting now for an only reference number to check with the bank and I am not receiving any tell now, they are liars and no money will refund never my reservation number *******
Worst Travel Agent and Cheaters in Business
I am a very frequent traveler, I book a hotel with free cancelation. 2 Hours later, I tried to canceled the booking to find out I have to pay half the booking cost in cancelation fee.
On further enquiry the agents tell me that well I was eligible for a free refund the Midnight BEFORE I booked the ticket. WHAT?
SO the way their refund policy is advertised (and I am sure many people are getting stung by it), you are eligible for a free refund till the time you actually book with them. After the booking you are s$@# out of luck.
Save your self the headache, don't book with them.
Record your conversation with them, if you have the misfortune to talk to customer service. Help to hear the level they going stoop to swindle you.
I Repeat... Go with someone else. I have used the below and they are all better then these cheats
Booking.com / Kayak.com / Priceline.com / Orbitz.com and even Expedia.com

NEVER USE WWW. REHLAT.COM TO BOOK YOUR TICKET
I made a booking last year (in Jan- 2020) which was cancelled due to covid. Now I am waiting for refund. My Booking ID is *******. I have exchanged number of emails in past 8 munth but rehlat team always says that its in process and waiting for refund from airline. I dont know why is it taking 8 months for them to process, I WONDER HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET THE REFUND AMOUNT DEPOSIT TO MY ACCOUNT P.S. the agency saw my previous reviews, replied to them and yet did not solve my problem yet It seems like they don't care about their customers feedback at all. Very disappointing experience.

I have booked a hotel. And I have my confirmation. However, I arrived to the hotel and I had to wait 6 hours because Rehlat has not confirmed with them. They were fully booked and they have not refunded my money yet it's been more than 10 days now. They weren't helpful at all. And now I'm thinking about a law suit against them since they gave me confirmation twice for the hotel that was fully booked. They lack professionalism. They won't even give me nice offers or refund my money since they made a huge error by giving me an invalid confirmation.

REHLAT is a Fraud and Scam website and company.
Please be aware from them.
Please don't purchase any ticket from them. They are fraud and issuing fake tickets and not issuing any refunds.
I have purchased the ticket of my family and due to covid flight restrictions, Saudi government had cancelled all the flights. Still Rehlat charged a huge amount of money in the name of service charges and 7 months have been passed and still they did not issue any refund amount even the ticket was refundable. They dont have any office in KSA to followup so please beware to purchase any ticket from them.

As per the airlines (Omanair) full refund is applicable upon the completion of 12 months from the date of purchase of tickets (06/03/2020). I have raised my cancelation request on 23rd of April 2021, but till now I dint get my refund back. Their refund process says that we will get our refund back in 20-25 days. Till now I dint get my refund back. When ever I cal them for my refund they are saying that they will forward it to finance team, that's all... that is the only response we will get from them... because of the delay of refund.

Inspite of getting two escalation calls I dint get my refund back... Every time Mr. Mohammad will say you that we will get our refund back within this week... but nothing will happen.
Their customer care is really waste... really they will act like nothing had happened...

I was very patient with the company, I had a ticket with them since Feb 2020 and I was suppose to fly April. It's been more than a year, I requested a refund and they are keep saying for months they contacted the airline and I have to wait. Never trust in this company, they are cheaters and bull$#*!ters.
In such situation at least they should be communicting clear. Very disappointed.

Rehlat has the worst service. I had two tickets for the month of june 2020

I haven't received any refund for almost a year now, moreover they said there will be cancellation charges for the ticket during the pandemic as if its my fault that the ticket was cancelled.
I had also taken other tickets, from other agencies, to which i have already received refunds in full (without any cancellation charges).
This is the worst experience of online ticket booking i ever came across.
Almost a year and i have contacted them several times to no avail.

I have cancelled my flight (Booking ID *******) on 24th May 2020 and awaiting for the refund. This is almost 1 year now and there is no update regarding the refund. I have done a more then 50 follow ups through mail and call and always been given an automated reply "Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused due to delay in the refund process. We are checking with the concerned team, Once they update us we will let you know the same.". I have received more then 20 emails with same statement and only lies. I have been promised many time that the manager will call me within 24hrs but its all a big lie.

There are 100 of authentic online channel to book flights. Please avoid "Rehlat".

I did a hotel booking on 21 April 2021, I received an email from reheat very quick that mentioned my booking was failed. So they will refund the money back. OK that is the nightmare stated. You are getting helpless with waiting and contacting all the time. They promise you and lose their promise... repeat! What the terrible service!
At the last mail they ask me to remove the bad comments on the website which I didn't do, but it remind me to do it! When I check the comments, I am getting worried, because they are many People have the same issue as mine!

It has been 4 months now and multiple of messages have been sent and even international calls have been done. Their agent assured me of solving it in 2_3 days, however it has been 4 months and not a single Riyal refunded to me! Unbelievable, highly unappreciated and un professional at all!
And the problem hasn't resolved till now.
So far there is no acceptable way for all this delay. I'm actually pissed off and 'm on my way to write reviews about this on all concerned websites like TripAdvisor, Trustpilot and social media regarding this. Trust me this is the last time I'm gonna deal with you ever.
Not recommended at all. There is even no appropriate excuse for all of this. You don't even deserve a single star rating in any way.
