Booking ID *******. It is been more than 3 months I am waiting for my refund. I have sent many emails & contacted the call center. I do not find any reply for the emails & call center executives just show sympathy for no refund but no solution. Executives only reply is that all details are forwarded to management & you get the solution in 1 day but last 3 months nothing has happened. Rehlat is running scam by attracting the consumers with attractive prices when consumer try to book ticket money will be deducted but ticket will not be confirmed without disclosing any reason. Then they start lying saying Airline needs to confirm ticket & so on at the end booking will be canceled without confirming ticket. They make the consumer to beg for the refund & there will be no action from management.
I advise all to stay away from Rehlat to save your hard earn money. Don't fall into their cheap prices trap as I did. Rehlat the looters.
I book a hotel room they took the money no confirmation at all, this people web site look like a scamming web site.

This is the worst company i have even dealt with dont never use this website, its a complete scam. I booked my ticket and it was never issued however the money was taken from my card. I had to book a new ticket through a different website. I've been calling them weekly (it's been 4 months) and they still have noT refunded me for a ticket that was never issued. I am planning on taking legal action against them. As they stopped answering my calls and emails.

I booked a ticket from their site and later they said it's sold out. They gave me the next flight at an additional cost.
They didn't support me and the next flight as well sold out. Their customer service is very bad. Their Egyptian team just doesn't want to admit Rehlat's mistake.

Booking ID*******, I tried to make a booking on 30 March2023, Rehlat collected my money and No ticket issued, I requested Full REFUND to my credit card, they informed with 20 woking days the amount shall be redited to your account and now round 40 day and hundred of calls and mails I have sent to them, No reply at all, the custome care agent when they answer my call " we shall send a note to the concerned depatment and they will update you", Hundreds of calls and each time they tell lies and finally no Refund till the current monent.

At least twice they confirmed 'we are pleased to process your refund' but next week comes with a new stupid excuse. Here they again respond saying it is forwarded to the financial department, will do it on a priority basis and blah blah. But they are professional paid liars. Keep your hard earned money away from these robbers please.

I booked tickets worth of ******* AED, on 26th June 2021. However the rehlat not able confirm the tickets. So I asked for refund and its now 4 months, I sent many mails and phone calls.
Everytime getting only one answer, they will process refund asap and clarify within 24 hrs.
Still nothing done.
Havent seen such kind of worst service provider.

I have been all my life booking online for me & my family, never ever had such horrible experience.
I am on a couple days trip & i booked for my flight, transaction was done immediately with the pricy ticket amount then i got email & note telling (quoting): Your booking ID: ***** is unsuccessful. We have received the payment of **** for the transaction. We are waiting for your ticket to get confirmed. Because of busy server or unavailable flight destination!?
That was horrible cause i was booking just 3 days before my travel, i lost one day just trying to contact them by all means by phone calls, emails with no response.
I was lost, i have to arrange for my work, pickup, accommodation, pcr test and online health check in for my destination... i was in a whole miss.
I started to cry & my whole day was miserable.
I won't ever book with them.
And they never gave me any promo cods or discount,, always manipulating about discounts.

Please never book through this site. Worst customer service and highly unprofessional.If by any chance u need to cancel your ticket or ticket got cancelled, Rehlat company won't refund a penny. Everybody charges 40-50AED as convenience fees, but they charge hefty amount and in case of cancellation, equal the ticket amount which is very strange so that customer don't get any refund if ticket het cancelled. Kindly be very cautious before booking through Rehlat. Worst experience ever.

This is the same statement that Rehlat used to send for any complaint, just to calm the person a bit. Now I sent follow-up emails and did many phone calls with Rehlat but nothing has happened. It is just another lie for stealing people's money. How come a simple refund process takes this long time! The intention is clear.
Any advice from anyone on how to follow this legally in Dubai?

Rehlat is cheating and mocking people. Big shame for such behavior. I raised the complaint that my refund was not processed for ticket ID: 20423 since one month and Rehlat replied with a stupid cliché as shown below. I called Rehlat several times with many follow-up emails enquiring on this refund but nobody has any clue on it. The employees share the same culture of cheating and fooling the customers. Amazing!

Ticket ID ******* this is towards Oman Airways on 31st March 2020, the flight was cancelled by airlines due to airport closure due to pandemic.
The refund is pending for more than 1.5 Years. Once I asked about refund on March 2020, they informed me as per airline policy they can place the request only after one year. Oman air didn't start service from UAE till now. I again raise the refund request after one year. They informed me it will take 90-120 days. That time also almost left. Now Rehlat is not responding to my mail also. I send about 25+mail about this matter. I am waiting for more than 1.5 years in this difficult time to get refund.
Please help me get the refund it's hard earned money. This is loosing trust on Rehlat.

If you wish to lose your money you may go with this. Otherwise kindly not even open Rehlat app/website. I had worst experience 3 times in total regarding the refund due to flight cancellation and they will not respond properly whenever you try to contact them.
