We originally booked 4 roundtrip tickets on Feb. 19,2021, for total AED *******. 80 (Booking ID: ******* & Request #*******). We have called hundreds of times requesting our refund back after all of our flights got cancelled from the airline's end and Rehlat said they were going to process our refund as they received airline refund approval. Rehlat emailed us saying "*******. 8 AED will be credited to your account within 60 days," but it is now February 20 of the NEXT YEAR now and they still have not sent us the money back and their customer service is the WORST. We call every day and all they do is lie about when they will contact us and when we will get the money back. They say they have "escalated" the matter, but in reality, they do nothing. They waste people's time and they also have stopped answering our emails, and we are tired and exhausted of their behavior and just want our full refund back. If they do not give it soon, we will pursue legal action.

Big scam
February 16, 2022

I paid almost 850usd including 99usd guaranteed refund, I couldn't attend the flight bcz of the airport officer due to Corona situation so I asked for refund they said the refund amount is only 300usd so I didn't argue bcz I said they are not profissinal since I paid 99usd for guaranteed refund... Anyway at end they only transferred 200usd

Booking id *******: I am waiting for my refund since Feb-2021. I couldn't travel due to suspension of flights. I requested multiple times for my refund to call center but every time they say we have escalated the matter. Till today i haven't received my refund. Although Rehlat has got the refund from airline. I don't think so they refund the amount to any one. They are just thief. Save your money by not using Rehlat. It is just a trap. Just to save your few bucks, don't waste all your hard earned money. Worst experience.

Booked a flight from saudi to Egypt, and there was a choice for refund for ( 10$), the flight cost (310$), when asked for refund, they said the cancellation fee is (270$)!

No Refund 2 tickets, Technical Ref: 948775

I bought 2 tickets in November 2021.( ******* & *******), Money deducted but tickets were not confirmed.
I sent email asking for Refund and have been told 10-15 days. Now 3 months nothing. WORST service and WORST call center. I m surprised they still in bussies with this awful repetition.

Unprofessional & Playing with customers money

I have been contacting them since February 2020 for a ticket refund (Booking ID: *******) as my flight was cancelled due to COVID. I have kept calling and writing to their « Help » email address but now 2 years later they still did not refund my 3,000AED ticket. They are not providing any response. Even while contacting their Managing Director and Head of Customer service on LinkedIn they did not pursue any help.
If you please have their legal contact share it with me as I am in process to open a case against Rehlat in the UAE and Kuwait.
Totally dishonest company playing with people money. Awful!

I booked a return flight but had covid so I tried to change the ticket, they first tried to charge me 2x the ticket value to change and then we agreed on 650$, they took my money and then immediately emailed me back and told me they could not make the change and that I would be refunded in 15-20 days. No refund was given and they stopped replying to my emails. They have no contact number that works.

They basically just took my 650$ for nothing and wont refund the money.

Thieves and Scammers! Dont use them!

Call your bank make the charge back
Scam scam scam! I used this company Rehalt to book a flight my ID ******* it costed me around $250 i needed to flight ASAP, once i booked and the money was processed, the website showed that my trip was not confirmed (flight F*******) and that i had to wait till morning so the company confirms it, thought the flight was scheduled for that exact next morning and their browser showed that the flight is available and that i could book it. The next morning i was contacted by their agent and was said that i could not get that flight and proposed me another one but i had a very important meeting that, so i couldn't wait!

They apologised for their unprofessional service and emailed me that i can cancel for free and the full amount will be refunded within 20 working days, since it was their mistake!

They said it will take around 20 businesses days to refund, now 2 months passed and nothing. I tried to email them several times and i received always the same email; we are working on it…. I am running an online company as well! I know that such situations don't need that much time!

So i decided to check their reviews and i found out that in most of the cases, they don't refund the money. I will fight to get back what they promised, they could just say from the beginning that nothing will be refunded. As i said i am running an online company as well so i know exactly what to do and how to do the charge backs! It's important to know that they lose extra money when the banks or MasterCard/visa/American express, make the charge back! Whoever got scammed, write an official request to your banks, MasterCard and visa so they block them from charging other customers and help you getting your money back, especially if Rehalt promised a refund and mentioned the amount in an email. Let's make a collective claim.
Anyway Im getting attorney involved as well to take all legal actions against them.

Please don't make booking this site Even your ticket not confirm they will not refund your money I make booking more than one month before my ticket not confirmed but they hold my money they not refund yet, many other travel agency are refund this case within 2 or 3 working Day's

I had a confirmed refundable reservation on Qatar Airways that was booked on Rehlat.com
Due to unavoidable circumstances, I had cancelled this booking on 25-Oct-2021 and after much "negotiations" the cancellation fee was reduced from the unacceptable KD 80 to KD 30.
On 25-Oct-2021 I was promised the refund (minus the negotiated charge of KD 30) within 50 to 60 days.
It is now 17-Jan-2022 and till date, despite regular follow-ups I am yet to receive any refund, let alone anyone from Rehlat contacting me regarding the delay.
I wish to bring to your notice this totally unacceptable practice of exorbitant administrative charges and unbelievable delays in refunds.
All you can do is call on their helpline and every time a new person will pick up and promise to send a reminder to the Finance department that NEVER responds.
As per their new "update" the 50-60 days time period is excluding Fri/Sat, so that it can buy them some more time to fool around.
Please be aware.

REFUND - STRUGGLE

I booked a ticket on 23rd November and since they are not able to confirm the ticket and asked for an additional amount for confirmation after several calls and a day later, I requested to cancel the booking. They told me the refund will be done in 15-20 days. Even after more than a month, I am calling their customer care number and hearing the same story that the request has been forwarded to the finance team. I am struggling to get any feedback or refund.

Avoid! This page is SCAM!

Booked the hotel and then had to cancel it. Canceled via website, but it's almost a month and I didn't receive a refund. Tried to contact them couple of times, filled in the form, but no on replies. Obviously no refund was received. AVOID THIS PAGE, IT"S A SCAM!

I just received an email from Rehlat stating that they will be closing my ticket as it has been inactive for quite some time.
I was surprised that the same email who send me this mail is the same mail i am making a follow up with regards to the booking we have made with them (me and my husband) before pandemic.
Since April 2021 I am making a follow up with them and until now am not receiving a favorable response.
Such an incompetent company who does not know how to take good care of their client. Please return our hard earned money as you should know how we toil, sacrifice and exerted too much effort just to pay our fare.

I had a very bad experience from Rehlat.com. They charged me AED 245 for a ticket cancellation in addition to carrier's cancellation charge of AED 170. A travel agent is charging 145% charge of what the Airlines is charging! The interesting part is the ticket charge was only AED 505. Surprisingly, their refund period is 45 to 60 days! It seems their main source of income is from ticket cancellations and modifications.

I sent an email to their customer service and they have given me further discount on their service charge. Now, the said they will require a cancellation charge of AED 170 for a ticket cancellation in addition to carrier's cancellation charge of AED 170. (100% of carrier's charge)

Their Karam rewards is just a gimmick. They will charge you more on convenience fees to cover the Karam discounts.

If you want to lose money, you can use their service. Their responses are not professional and are not solution oriented. It seems, they don't have any standard terms and conditions for refunds. No standard Operating polices (SOP) also. I would advise to stay away from them. Instead book from the Airlines directly.

Not at all customer service oriented. Voting 1 star as there is no option for 0 star. Never going to go back to Rehlat.
