I have booked a hotel through rehlat and I got a best offer and I got the best customer service from them which they full filled my queries and doubts.
I was charged for the booking id: ******* but the ticket was never booked/confirmed and they asked me for more money than what was quoted so I wanted a refund. The staff on phone told me I would get my refund in 24 hours but I got an email that it would take 20-30 working days! This is plain scamming!

Am very thankful i got my insurance documents which i paid included my ticket when i booked it, it take many days to received from the time i booked until i follow up in call and messages in FB many times, am thankful to ANJI who call me and send me in email the insurance docs, and thanks to Sravani in FB message who reply me also.

I request a refund from Philippine Airline and advice me that they already forwarded my refund to Rehlat, I contacted the Rehlat for a year now to return my refund but every time I call them, they always telling me that they will forward my concern to financial department and will receive an email in 24-48hrs, but already waited a YEAR now. Booking ID - *******. The ticket was canceled during the pandemic time. My money got stuck with you guys for more than 2 years. A lot of conversations happened over mail and calls and promised to refund but never happened. Every time I call customer care they say we have forwarded to the concerned department and you will be getting mail. But I don't see any reply from them. Every time I call them, they say the same dialogues. They do not even reply to the mail, atleast no basic professional ethics.

My flight Booking ID *******, I dont recommend to use rehlat services. I got on email that the team need 50-60 working days to process refund, that too after following up for almost a month.

Simply the worst, stay away and save your money!
Buying a ticket is easy BUT customer service is hell, I purchased a ticket and got cancelled by the airline yet I haven't got my money back!
And as I said customer service is horrible, the worst ever, they're programmed to say the same lines every time I called, "you booked your ticket on air so and so, flight number so and so, flying from here to there through there...!"
Rehlat = big red flag

Thanks Sravani for sort out my ticket refund money matters. Today i got my 500aed refund amount via rehlat. Hope infuture rehlat take every client seriously and dont play with peoples emotions.
Go for Rehlat. Eventhough I wait for 2 years, I got the refund of my cancelled ticket. Ticket was cancelled due to covid lockdown, thanks Rehlat.
I had booked a flight for my husband and I for Eid via rehlat, booking IDS - ******* & *******. However, the airline cancelled both the inbound and outbound flights and booked us for their next available flights. Both the flights were inconvenient for us and was clashing with our travel plan so we spoke to the airline and they agreed to give a full refund for the inconvenience of cancelling the flights.
However, rehlat sent us an email stating that we will have to pay rehlat charges of AED 200 for each booking and will not get the full refund. I don't understand why I should pay rehlat for this decision because it was not from our end that we decided to cancel a flight but the airline themselves! Since my husband and I had booked the same outbound flight and different inbound flights due to our difference in leave plans. We now have to pay AED 200 each for the booking and that is AED 400 in total gone to waste, ALL FOR WHAT? Because the airline themselves cancelled the flights? This is absolute fraud! Never booking via rehlat again. Also, we have not received the refund yet for the both the booking. Appalling service. We have had much better service from other online airline booking websites and this is the first and last time we will consider rehlat, an ultimate disastrous brand!

I have booked my tickets in last June before 9 months and flight was cancelled in November and rehlat got full refund in 7 days but rehlat is not giving me from last 5 months. It is really horrible I mailed a lot and called them 100 times. It is so so so bad experience for me. Please, give back my hard earned money.

My booking id is ******* Ae Very bad expreince booking with rehlat once i book a ticket dammam to dubai 2 months ago and the ticket is not isssue and amount has been deducted from my account. After alot of calls then they told me they wil refund my amount within 24 of working days. And its almost been 2 months over still my refund haven't got very worse experience. And whenever i call to customer service everytime they ask me booking id mail but no use and they do only promises in 24 hrs u wil get in a/c but no reply and everytime They ask me they wil send my refund to karam cash and 100 times i said noo i want in same bank account. Worst customer support i have ever seen. People in customer support are trained to tell lies to the customers. BID *******- I have been waiting for my refund to be processed for more than 4 months Rehlat comes with a new lie every day.
They respond saying it is forwarded to the financial department, will do it on a priority basis. But no use becoz its all lie. But they are professional paid liars. Keep your hard earned money away from these bloody bastards. Here people are stressed out becoz of pandemic and these are blood suckers who are sucking the blood by cheating people without refunding the amount for months together.
