Booking ID *******. Cancelled my ticket in Jun-20. Airline confirmed they refunded money to Rehlat on 10-Oct-20 but Rehlat comes with a new lie every day. At least twice they confirmed 'we are pleased to process your refund' but next week comes with new stupid excuse. Here they may again respond forwarded to department, will do on priority and blah blah. But they are professional paid liars. Keep your hard earned money away from these robbers please.

First they charge me 10x the cancellation fee listed on their website and after badgering them constantly with proof from their own website they claim its a technical error but won't change the fees. After im forced to accept they tell me refund processing takes 5-6 weeks! As ridiculously long that is, even still I haven't received my refund and they refuse to share the bank reference number

I had raised a request to refund my canceled flight amount in oct'2020 month. Since oct I am waiting for the same but hard luck not yet processed and keeping followup with Rehlat but not getting any satisfactory response

Scam comany. Not a real one, employees work from home, have no offices to complain to. I have had two problems with them, first on booking they didn't confirm reservation *******, although the money was taken from my card then i asked for a refund and i call them nearlly everyday and i hear a new lie everyday from them about my refund for more than one month. They are real thieves not a real company.

More than 8 Months and waiting for a refund on my 4 flight tickets purchased from rehlat.com, and directed by sky scanner.
Please don't ever use Rehlat.com, airlines have refunded many of my friends who got their flights cancelled a within a month of cancellation but through rehlat.com I am not able to receive a refund. All we get is an automated reply "We will get back to you soon" from 8 months. Please steer clear of rehlat.com.

rehlat.com very disappointing. Chasing for my refund since 8 months still these people not at all giving a clarity on the refund. All the airlines have already given the refund to their customers only these people are fooling people. Am getting only the automated reply from them. Bad experience and very disappointing.

Not refunding from March and only giving fake hopes every time, that concern team will respond at the earliest, my refund was approved and rehlat asked me more 15 days, after that also they didn't refund and now they are not even replying frequently!

I booked 3 ticket on April 6-2020 in Emirates through Rehlat, but due to covid 19 travel restriction flight has been cancelled. I keep on requesting refund but every time they replying like this "We have not yet received the Refund Authorization from the airlines and we have been in continuous follow up with the Airlines. Please note that this process may take much longer than expected and we are sorry". My friend also booked Emirates ticket at that time from Emirates directly and he got refund 3 month before. It is almost 7 to 8 months i am requesting refund. All airline company and other travel agencies are started refund.It is very disappointing. Why they block people's money?

All the reviews you read on here about Rehlat stealing your money and treating you, the customer with disrespect with the hope that you will just give up and stop asking for your money back even though the airline has confirmed the refund so that greedy little Rehalt can keep the money for themselves are completely and absolutely true. They are making peoples lives a misery without any conscience on the matter whatsoever. I hope karma repays them well, but not before they repay me MY money. I cancelled my Ticket and Airlines immediately refunded to Rehlat but Rehlat fraudster so far not refunded to me the amount. Everytime I contact them they just make fake excuses, same copy paste emails, shameless!
This is fraud travel agent guys please beware of them, you will regret for your money and time.

I had 4 booked air india tickets from New Delhi to Dubai on 1st April 2020 from Rehlat, Due to Covid situation i couldn't use those tickets, hence i requested them to be refunded on 12th June 2020. Now It has been over 5 months and still the Refund has not been Initiated, I had enquired Air India, they have confirmed that they have refunded my Money to Rehlat on 28th October 2020 and given proof for that. I have shared the proof with Rehlat and still same response I get every time that they have requested Airlines and authorization is Pending, Looks like they have stupid people sitting behind desk who don't know anything about customer service. Or they don't want to refund my Money, worst customer service, very bad, please don't trust these people. Will reveal more details, if I see any response on my review.
