Sales rep ordered and sent wrong floor mats and when correct ones arrived they were found by my husband. ALSO they emailed him the return label and did not send it to the email address that placed the order. Very disappointed.

I received two shipments of brackets and a few days later received a bag of nuts and bolts, but as today, I haven't received the running boards. Very frustrating

Recently bought a 2025 Toyota Tundra Crewmax and a neighbor volunteered to help with the installation of the Amp Research deployable steps since he had done one before. The only issue we had was the final wiring which didn't seem clear in the instructions so called for technical support and was cleared up right away. The instructions said 3 to 5 hours, took us about 8 hours without any breaks. Love them, thanks a lot
