Recently bought a 2025 Toyota Tundra Crewmax and a neighbor volunteered to help with the installation of the Amp Research deployable steps since he had done one before. The only issue we had was the final wiring which didn't seem clear in the instructions so called for technical support and was cleared up right away. The instructions said 3 to 5 hours, took us about 8 hours without any breaks. Love them, thanks a lot

This is a quality cover. The reason for the 4 instead of a 5 is because it arrived 2 days later than anticipated, I shared the deadline upon ordering and was assured it would arrive. When it didn't, I was again assured by the customer service rep that it was on it way that day - it was not, arrived 2 days later. We also did not receive the gift item that was supposed to arrive with the cover as part of Black Friday Deal. Cover is great - ordering and follow up is the reason for the 4 stars.
