Received Wrong Step Brackets, Brackets Are wrong for my F 350 SC.Per the mounting instructions they are for a Dodge But the brackets are not the ones in the instructions. Would be happy to talk with Butch in customer service about this problem if he would call me back. Please

Waited over 10 days for damaged parts to arrive due to poor packaging from the supplier. Now after several photos sent, purchasing tape to fix their box, spending 30 minutes on the phone with FedEx to pick up the package I'm still waiting for liners. Never again all this leg work and cost I've incurred due to their poor packaging procedure.
When I received my order I was very pleased with quality of the product. A few days later my husband and I went to put it in my cart only to find out I accidentally ordered the wrong year. I called customer support and they were FABULOUS! We reordered the correct one and I'm currently waiting on my return label. I will update my review after my return is complete.
