Called to check availability of wheels. I knew the manufacturer was back ordered. But was told by the person in the phone they had several sets of wheels at 2 different warehouses. So they would ship out from them. Got the email confirmation saying they would shop directly from the manufacturer. I'm not happy and sent an email back with my concerns and still haven't got a response.
