Ordered 5 rims on the 16 over a 1000 dollars for a Christmas present. Was told they would ship in 24 to 48 hours. This is the 21st still have not shipped will not arrive before Christmas now what a ripoff company.
Online shopping easy, Sells representative was very professional and did exceptional job at answering questions. Had additional questions after the order, ZERO customer service. AI like most companies was ineffective. No one available by phone. No response to emails sent. Would not recommend purchasing from this company due to extremely poor/non-existent post sells services and response.
Real truck was so easy and convenient to use. I looked online first but had some questions. I called and my new truck cover was ordered and shipped that day! The item I wanted was not in stock, I was put on hold while they contacted their supplier to see Iif would receive the item by Christmas. I was told I would definitely receive it by the day after Christmas but there going to try to get it here before Christmas. I received my item before Christmas.

The ordering part was very good, it turned bad when I noticed you use Fed-x for shipping. I still have not received my order and I wonder if I ever will. I have had bad experience with Fed-X in the past and never got my parts but still paid for them. Unless you offer another shipper I will not order from you again. I hope I get my order and I don't have to go to battle with them again.
Process was smooth from start to finish. Still not able to register for warranty. Not allowing me to put in my phone number. Have not been contacted by anyone yet as promised.
At first I called in to speak with a customer representative. I was told the wait time was two hours, but I could go onto a live chat. I am vision impaired, and is very difficult for me to do live chats. What group and handle in 10 minutes with a phone call took an hour and 10 minutes to finish the chat. If you think these chats are efficient, they are not. If they have time to do a chat, they have time to answer a phone person helping me was fine, but I asked twice for them to call me because it was difficult for me to navigate the chat and the website. I receive no phone call, but again was in the chat for an hour and 10 minutes. Finally got the product ordered and the payment done. But seriously, 10 minutes on the phone would've done the job.
I started a chat to get some answers for product and vehicle compatibility. The customer service support was amazing. She offered her email within the companies if there are any problems when the product arrives.
Did not fit my truck it was supposed to be a guaranteed fit but they did not
I had a detailed question about how the running boards with fit my truck given a note on the site about interference with mud flaps. The inside sales guy was able to answer my question. Good pricing on my choice of running boards as well. With so many vendors selling truck parts, I will plan to check first in the future with this outfit. Quick shipping is always a plus. Thanks.
Sales person was not knowledgeable, couldn't process order and didn't want to spend the time to process the order as he couldn't get his system to process 2 different payment methods, he was very rude. I won't patronize this company again.
