I ordered a simple part for a bakflip repair, and i paid for it, but i've still not received it…. And after reaching out to customer service… they closed the request. Without ever responding to the query….

Order was supposed to be rapidship, after 8 days, still waiting. I have tried calling, hours of waiting. I have tried emailing, no response. I have tried their chat window, no response. The order is showing pending cancel on their site and a package just sitting there on FedEx.

I purchased this cover for my son for Christmas for his new truck. We haven't put it on yet, but it arrived in very good packaging and quickly.
Package arrived in the evening of the promised date. No damage! Reviewed the installation instructions and the parts. Downloaded and printed the on line instructions. Plan to watch the installation videos. Due to other priorities of the season, I will not start the installation for another four days.
