Bought the electric steps for my 2016 Ram 2500. Its actually my second set. Easy install and works like a charm! Only reason this is my second set is that I didn't take care of them like I should have and they were struggling to work correctly after 9 years of service. So I purchased a new set and installed again. Everything bolted up like its supposed to and works flawlessly! Great item!

I was ordering a tonneau cover for my brand new GMC Sierra 1500. I needed it to arrive by Friday(this was wednesday morning) as I was taking a trip, with rain in the forecast. I found the Tuxedo cover I wanted and reached out to Real Truck through the website chat. They confirmed what warehouse it could be pulled from closet to my house. Of course, they cannot control UPS or Fed Ex, but they did everything they could to process the order immediately and not ship from Montana (exaggeration). I received my new cover Thursday afternoon and installed it in plenty of time for my trip. Super thankful!
I needed an installation for a tonneau cover that I took off my old truck. Real Truck salesperson did a great job getting me setup with just the install kit and all the associated nuts and bolts necessary to re-install it. Worked like a champ!
Order new floor liners and nerf bars for new truck. Had issue with missing retainer clips on passenger side mat. Customer service opened ticket with Husky. I also had to contact Husky myself to resolve issue. Ideally as part of the process it would be handled with one call. Even so issue was resolved missing parts were shipped. In the end everything turned out fine. If there us an issue, you do get to talk to a real person instead of some AI generated q and a.
