My truck is inoperable as we speak. I paid $1600 for these steps and can't use them nor my truck. Please understand my frustration. The T-Nut inserts (x4) are missing and are on back order for 3-4 weeks yet they are still selling the kits. Take care of your customers!

Ordered new husky floor matt Liners there backed Ordered 1 to 2 months. Fronts are 1 month and rear are 2 months.

I like the BAKflip so much that this is my 3rd one on a 2007 Toyota Tacoma. The first one was destroyed in an accident and the second one lasted 10 years. The Tacoma is a Survey field truck and the BAK goes open and closed many times a day. I think most of the damage is from sitting outside when it snows 2' and a few freeze-thaw cycles. I like it better than a shell as it allows me to haul motorcycles and other large items.

Installation was pretty easy, had to clean out the rail mounting holes since I had a sprayed bed liner, tokk about 1.5 hours. I was missing the screws for mounting the cargo protector though.

Look wonderful. Love em'. I can hardly wait to see how they wash easily. Love the way they conform to the floor of the Blazer.
