Overall experience was good. Though shipping is seemingly slow. 1 box came the next day. Still waiting for box 2 to ship. Box 3, I have no idea.

Ordered running boards. Only received the brackets. Called it in and received no response as promised. Still waiting

As far as the purchase experience I have no complaints. As of the time I am writing this the product hasn't arrived. So, writing a review on the product itself would be disingenuous at best.

It was good had to ask new questions with this newer equipment and my experience with the salesman was great very knowledgeable about what I had questions about he took his time with me and done I think everything possible to get the job done

I needed to order two replacement keys for my undercover swing case toolbox. I could not find this online anywhere and contacted RealTruck to inquire. They wanted $9.99 per key plus shipping, plus a fee for not meeting a Minimum order amount. All together it was over $42 for two replacement keys. I declined and still looking.
