First I tried to order a roof rack system for my car. Then after I ordered it I got a pop up on my screen saying that if I ordered through chat I could receive a discount. I contacted chat and was told that it was too late since I already ordered. So I had to cancel my order and then reorder even though not even 2 minutes had passed. Also even though I cancelled right away, my credit card was still charged 4 days later. A refund should be coming my way they said but why even charge it when they confirmed my cancelation within two days. I then reordered the roof rack with chat and got 5% off. The package was listed to be shipped and arriving between July 12th and July 15th. But when I got the shipping information emailed to me, only 2 items were available and would be shipped during that time. The other item, which is needed for a roof rack, will not be in until Mid August. If I had seen the real shipping time I would not have ordered at all.
When I received my order, I got a empty box, when I called customer service, I was told a ticket has been put in and someone will contact me with in a 5 day period. I think the product should be replaced immediately. This not my fault. I didn't order a empty box.
Saw the ad for a Tonneau Cover on the internet, called them up on the phone and ordered one for my RAM. Received it about a week later, took about 10 minutes to install and have been very pleased since. Would be nice if they made them in different colors other than black, I live in Arizona and my truck is always outside in the sun, not sure how long it will last but hopefully the next one to replace it could be a lighter color!

Update to my last review jump the gun all my issues have been resolved they had a delay caused by storm in Florida they have fast shipping but seems there understaffed in customer service dept. recording said about 2 hours wait left message they did contact me the next day all my refunds have been processed Id give shipping 5 stars they ship fast 3 on customer service
