Ordered the truck bed mat that I thought best suited my Ridgeline since custom mats are non-existent. Milenni was very helpful in ensuring that I ordered the correct bed mat. Totally satisfied..
1. I ordered truck cover. Credit card charged.
2. Salesman called stating it had been discontinued.
3. I ordered second cover. Needed a refund.
4. Both covers arrived at my installer. I notified salesperson.
5. Still no refund issued or no return shipping labels.
6. My installer installed the one I wanted to begin with.
7. A set of screws were too short to keep the side rails straight.
8. Customer service hung up on my and my installer calls requesting two longer screws like shown in installation video.
9. Horrible customer service from this company.

When purchasing online you don't know the quality of a product until it is received. Quality of Real Truck items was good & they were delivered in a timely manner. I would buy from Real Truck again.
