Asked twice when I was placing the order if the item was in stock and when it would ship. Was told it was in stock and would ship the next day and would get a confirmation when it shipped. It did not ship the next day and got an email saying it was almost 4 weeks away and would get another e-mail when it shipped. I cancelled the order and got a email saying the=at they would try to cancel the order and would send an e-mail when/if it was cancelled. After a week - still no e-mail and had to e-mail them again before i got a response saying they were able to cancel it.
Easy order process, received D6's within a week. Package arrived no damage. Install was relatively easy, like many others have noted... remove paint from factory studs (this took longer than the actual install, wire wheel and a drill would have helped). Running boards are rock solid.
