If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered a rubber bed liner March 25th and it is July 12th still have not received. They keep pushing the delivery date further out now they say it won't be delivered until October! I just want my money back and have told them that but they won't give it back or acknowledge that I have requested it.

Just wow!

I called and ordered tires and they ordered the wrong ones. I wanted AT and they ordered MT. Good luck reaching anyone by phone. Worse than calling the IRS.
Waited forever and ever, so much wasted time on hold with the worst piano music. If you're going to force customers to wait and wait and wait, either hire more people to take calls or play something better.

Communication issues
August 10, 2021

Asked twice when I was placing the order if the item was in stock and when it would ship. Was told it was in stock and would ship the next day and would get a confirmation when it shipped. It did not ship the next day and got an email saying it was almost 4 weeks away and would get another e-mail when it shipped. I cancelled the order and got a email saying the=at they would try to cancel the order and would send an e-mail when/if it was cancelled. After a week - still no e-mail and had to e-mail them again before i got a response saying they were able to cancel it.

Easy order process, received D6's within a week. Package arrived no damage. Install was relatively easy, like many others have noted... remove paint from factory studs (this took longer than the actual install, wire wheel and a drill would have helped). Running boards are rock solid.
