I purchased the tracks but couldn't confirm compatability of crossbars on their website. Had to call. After short hold they looked up with what I needed and I got crossbars ordered. Haven't received anything yet. Optimistic it will install fine and save me $500 off of having installed in CO. Free shipping is nice too!

Thanks to Demetra, I will be receiving the misordered pads. I have ordered a number of items from RealTruck. Their staff have always been friendly, helpful and timely in their replies.

In my case I would prefer to wait extra days to get the entire order. Fast shipping doesn't do any good if the parts and instructions don't show up.
Perhaps slow down and get the order correct?
