Great Product! I was online to verify that the Tonneau cover would fit with my new truck. The associate was very helpful, answered all my questions, and even gave me a discount. The product was as described, delivered quickly and easy to install.
They have no idea what they're doing over there they screwed up my delivery date so I cancelled the order promise to send me a ticket to return the top and they didn't they ended up shipping me the top. No communication never got to talk to anyone don't buy from these people.
I spent close to an hour over three phone calls on the phone with one of the sales assistants. If I wouldn't have had his help, I most likely wouldn't have bought the car seat covers. Was not easy to maneuver through the process.
Instructions left room for improvement, especially installing the front part of the top. Holes should be prepunched through the side seals. The tension adjustments do not match the instructions and are way too tight to start with. Also, I was unable to get the front to stay in until I crawled in the bed and studied the mechanism from underneath and figured how to keep the front from popping out when I tried to latch the back in. Not a pleasant experience.

Shipping boxes were not taped and most arrived open. Sent wrong mudflaps even after I had them check to make sure they were the right ones. Their website is incorrect on some fitment information. Who knows when the rest of my stuffs gonna get here. It trickles in from who knows where. I'm still waiting on parts.

I needed a new pair of seat covers, that I will probably ruin this hunting season, per usual. Most were pretty expensive custom fit. But we managed to find a reasonable set. I can't remember his name, but he was helpful and fast. Most things you order on the internet can hit and miss unless you know exactly what you want. I guess we'll know more if the covers fit!
