I order a goose neck hitch for my Ram3500. I received a hitch for a 2500. The replacement hitch was sent to very old address in Cali and I live in Texas now. This process delayed my installation about 3 weeks. Now I'm waiting on the 5th wheel hitch to adapt to the goose neck. I hope you get this one right.

I ordered Kooks shorty headers for my Ram in June. They were supposed to arrive in July according to the site information. I didn't actually get them until mid September. When I finally got around to having them installed it turned out that they had been shipped with the wrong bolts. I was set back thirty dollars because of this. I have been trying for a while now to get a resolution for this to no avail. Emails aren't responded to, phone calls aren't answered, and chat doesn't seem to work. I'd shop someplace else before I would order from this site again.
I ordered a dashboard cover in early August and was initially told it would be delivered in September. I have been trying to get a real delivery date and now they tell me November. They take orders for items that they do not have. They promise you everything and give you nothing. Just got off the phone with another customer service person and asked to speak to a supervisor and was told they were in a meeting. This product is probably still in development and doesn't exist. So why take orders on products you don't have?

I received the running boards with 2 cracked end caps. After a month they said they would supply the 2 end caps I requested. I received 1 incorrect end cap. Did a second live chat & got a new Ticket request. ( request # *******) in 9-16-21. No response since then even after requesting a response 3 times. I would give them 0 stars if it were possible. If they would send me an RMA I would return them

I was pleasantly surprised when an online salesperson helped determine the size cover, model number, and actually helped me place my order. Cover arrived in 2 days, free shipping. Installation time was less than 10 minutes. This is my second Gator cover. I had one on a previous pickup, that performed Great! I think the Gator Cover actually helped sale the truck. If you are on the fence about buying a Gator Cover, do it. I have always loved having one on my pickup.
