The customer service is good, but it took a week before they told me the part I wanted was not available. Had to go with a different part. Not their fault as some manufacturers are behind, but they should have a better system to know what is available to potential customers. The part I ended up getting fit fine and the price was par. Did get a fast ship on it.

I ordered a truck bed cover on a Saturday. I tried to cancel it 15 minutes later and was told it shipped already. But in the email that said I couldn't cancel it said normal business hours are mon thru Friday. It ended costing me 50 dollars more.

The truck cover I ordered arrived late after missing 4 promised delivery dates and did not include the required mounting hardware. Now I am waiting on the shipment of the hardware and have no expected delivery date. It is October 8,2021 and I originally ordered the cover on July 17,2021.

I researched several sites and noticed that Amazon had the same product at the same price. I asked what is the difference. They automatically took 10% off. I highly recommend.

The instructions left a lot to be desired. Had to read them over and over 4 or 5 times to begin to under stand them. I felt that the parts should have fit better, The plate that goes in the front, the bolts were to close together. The front large plate on the drivers side sits on the brake cable. The large front plate on the other side was to tall hade to push the floor up by using a hammer on it to get it in place. None of the pinch bolt holes matched, because neither of the front large plates fit right I had to git longer bolts to fit. Over all I must say ithought this would be easier to put together than it was (Not to pleased)

Easy to order and ship and I just installed the cover on my truck.
I received an email that said that real trucks had received my money but they did not give me any time line on when I could expect my tonneau cover to arrive. The company did not say whether the product was in the warehouse had to be made or was on a slow boat from China.

Ordered a product from this company on the 11th of September as of October 8th I have still not received word of or the item purchased. When contacted I was advised that the manufacturer/supplier was 4 to 8 weeks for delivery time for that particular item. This was not disclosed at the time of purchase. When asked why I was informed that they do not carry of the majority of their merchandise in stock that it is shipped from the manufacturer I was under the impression this company stopped items they sold was very disappointed. I asked for a refund and was informed that it would take up to 9 days to get a refund again unacceptable I will never use this company again...
