I was in the market for a new tonneau cover and I checked out the Real Truck website because of a video on YouTube where someone mentioned the company. I liked the wide variety of options available. I was specifically looking for a hard tri-fold cover and thought it was going to be difficult to narrow down because there were so many. I hit the help chat button and a rep jumped on and after only a few questions helped me choose an option that I feel is best for me and even mentioned some discounts that were available that I didn't know about. He helped place my order and get it shipped out quickly. The service was excellent and I will definitely be shopping here again and referring others.
I bought yesterday and it said order with in the hour and shipped today. It now says 2 weeks from now. Called and they were no help. Very disappointing.

Was checking out the bed covers on the site and wanted to know if stock was available before I ordered. I NEVER click a chat pop up but I did this time. Victor R. Was my sales rep. He answered my questions AND gave me a discounted price. He was very helpful. I really appreciate that. Top was delayed one day due to Christmas day and shippers being overwhelmed with holiday deliveries. I understand. No big deal. Top arrived and it took me about an hour to install. Instructions were ok. Top is solid and fit my 22 Ram 1500 perfectly.

The customer service rep (Mike) was very helpful in making my decision to purchase this item. He contacted Ranch Hand to verify it would meet all of my needs with out me asking him to do so. Overall so far the sale has been great. Negotiated a great price with sales associate. Tonneau Cover took longer than was told to actually ship out. Hopefully shipping time is quick (1 week I hope.)

The gentleman I spoke with was extremely nice, very knowledgeable and most important very honest.
He described every detail of 3 truck bed covers. When I asked of I needed addital parts for rain "the pockets" ( cant remember what was the name) he was very honest with me and said That the truck bed cover will protect from the rain and I wont be needed that. I have not yet received my cover, and I really hope that it will meet all my needs.
