Had to call the order in because when I tried to order online, my credit card is tied to my PO BOX (billing address), and that caused an automatic failure to complete the online order.

So I had contacted Real Truck before and my experience was cordial, but Mike... he is all about his customer service! And for him alone my experience was the best. Not only did he help me with a product that took so long to receive because of stock issues from another vender real truck partners with. But he was able to lock in the product for me from the vender first after waiting hours for someone to pick up the phone on the venders end and as he assured me, called me back informing that my product is available for purchase and how he locked one in for me.
Thank you sir keep up the great work, because of service like yours I will continue my business with real truck!

RealTruck provides a variety of accessories and parts for your truck. I've purchased several items from them in the past. This time I was looking for seat covers. There are hundreds of options. Whittling the list down only took a few minutes. Like the fact that my seats have heating and cooling meant the material I selected needed to allow for airflow. It needed to be something that would allow for all of the features of my seats like the 2nd row armrest. That actually eliminated a lot of options but was kind of hard to sort out. Selecting Material - Saddleblanket and Color - Brown helped narrow options but, if I was looking for black I think it would get very time consuming to review and select an option. Another item I've been looking for is a bumper and grill guard in chrome. Still looking.

I was disappointed in the purchasing process. I ordered the item on Sunday Feb 6th and was told at the end of purchase I would receive tracking the 7th. I never received anything on the 7th so I decided to call on the 8th I was informed by a very nice lady (Vinelle) that due to the billing and shipping address not matching the order was denied! If I would have never called I wouldn't have been notified that I was not receiving the item I ordered ( this is a birthday gift so timing is vital) I would have known the ordering did not process when the amount went back to my account serval days later? Then I wouldn't have enough time to get the order in and receive the item by the date needed! Thankfully Vinelle was able to transfer me to Jeremy and he was able to help me reorder the same part with the billing and shipping address being different. May I add the first order amount is still pending so I am now waiting on the 353.09 the go back in my account and just spent that amount again to have them item by the date needed! Definitely disappointed In the way i was not notified and that I have to buy the item twice!

This is the 2nd time I've ordered from Real Truck and both times I was impressed with the guys I talked to: courteous, knowledgeable and not high pressure.
