I ordered the cover on Thursday morning, the sales representative said that it would be a 2 day (Saturday) delivery and true to his word it arrived Saturday mid day. The installation was as described it literally to 5 minutes to install the cover.
I am impressed. I will buy another one for my other truck.

Good service and good experience, so far. Product has not been delivered yet so I can't speak to that part of the process. Delivery looks like it will take about two weeks, which is excessive but not unexpected under the current administration. Let's Go Brandon!

Called RealTruck and spoke very a courteous and professional female on the phone. She asked me questions and looked up to see what she could find. She found the seat covers for the vehicle and in the requested color. A few days later the seat cover company called to confirm the order. Everything was easy and professional in placing my order. Now I'm waiting for the order to arrive.

I found one of the parcels That was supposed to be delivered to me on Saturday Friday evening at my mailbox that parcel was broken open and I am not certain if it is complete. The royals that was supposed to come with it were not there! I have received no further information or contact from your company and the tracking number has been removed from the site. If I do not hear from you in a timely manner I will begin to pursue my rights as a credit card holder and contact the bank to ask them to stop payment or retrieve the money's for this problem! Please contact me so that we can avoid getting a third party involved in this issue!

Full disclosure, I have bought 90% of my parts from a different company. When I had questions about a part that RealTruck offered and the other didn't, they were so fast to answer.
