They were very friendly and helpful when I called to place my order, Mat arrived within 5 days, the packaging was in bad condition, but the mat was not damaged, I installed it and fits, not perfect but maybe when it warms up it will be better.

This place has the worst customer service ever of any place I've ever ordered from. They don't know where orders are they don't know what's going on with orders if one item in your order is not fulfilled they don't send out the rest until it is ready. If they credit you back one item they still not sure about the other items it's just so backwards save your money do not order from this place

I do not recommend buy from RealTruck.com. I ordered rims and tires for my truck from here. I did receive everything really quick within a couple days. Well FedEx wasn't gentle with the rims at all 2 were damaged. They were also shipped in really thin boxes. I called right away. It was Friday and later in the afternoon so I called back Monday. I was told this needed to send pictures I did and it would go to claims to get me shipping labels so I could return them and get 2 new rims. It now Friday still no shipping labels the day they are waiting on the vendor for some reason. I believe ti see if they are covering the shipping cost. I don't really care who covers the cost I didn't pack or ship the rims my pictures showed the damage and they should take them back and send me new ones. I should not have to sit here and wait to return these. I have a truck that needs rims and tires on it. They can work out the shipping cost with the vendor that's their issue not mine. It says on the site how proud they are about the shipping well I wouldn't be proud of this. And the return policy stinks it's definitely not customer friendly that's for sure. Poor poor poor customer service on the company policy side. I will end my rant with this it's the company policy not the employees working there. But sometimes the policy affect everyone. I'll never recommend RealTruck.com to anyone.

Called for help with truck bumper/grill guards and tonneau covers. Adam knew his products, thier strengths and weaknesses, and his inventories and shipping times. This helped me get what I needed quickly. I appreciate the ability to talk to a real person who has product knowledge.

From the beginning of transactions they made it as easy starting from price. Only thing I didn't like was from the beginning price. There was a surprise after car got look over that really shocked me. They person inspection the car did not ask or talk about anything that he found. But still we felt we were fairly treated. After inspection we had several text and then Brad called explained it all again we still felt very comfortable deal with Brad. I went and sent out the title as he explained the money would be in my account that night or first thing in the morning and it did. I would recommend you ether easy piece of mind.

I ordered 2 gear sets for my 93 ford f350 5.13:1 gear ratio they let me pay 800 dollars for both said they were available the next day i got an email saying the order for my gears for the front diff werent available so they canceled that of the order. Each gear set comes in a package you cant just buy both in one but anyways they still billed me for the gears for the rear diff and shipped them like i can use them anyone that has any knowledge of trucks knows you cant just change one set of differential gears you must do both front and rear so they should have just cancelled both orders now im not going to get my refund for 7 to 10 business days.
