Came fast. Roll up liner not quite square with front rail. When winding up, it wants to roll up off center. Came rolled up that way from manufacturer. Can't get it to roll straight unless you let one side get baggy. Already installed so I will live with it. Don't travel much with it rolled up.

I'm not a Chat type person nor am I a big fan of On-Line ordering. However, I decided to give it a go. The Chat person I was linked to was very helpful and professional. I was able to get my questions answered quickly and concise. I felt so confident that I actually placed and order. My Chat partner also informed me that if my item didn't fit they would send a courier to pick it up. I don't have to ask for a Return Material Authorization form. How cool is that!

Excellent Customer Support and Service on Top of an Excellent Deal. The service agents were all extremely knowledgeable, helpful and responsive all the way from product selection and purchase, to after purchase support, questions and my desire to make changes to my order before the product was shipped (a personal after-thought decision on my part to change the selection). I spoke with a representative who was able to discount my item and save me a few bucks. Then before I even checked my email next I got notification that the item had already shipped. Very happy with Real Truck so far. Haven't install my item but hopefully that all goes well.

When i bought new Nissan truck I chatted with customer support and was told they didn't have $1000 bed cover because of new design of frontier but would be on website shortly. When i checked back month later it was on site so i ordered in Dec. With ship date of end of Jan. The day it was to ship i got e mail saying ship date moved to end of Feb. Then the day it was to ship in Jan., I got g e mail saying it was being out 2 more months to end of April. I would not do business with them again if they are going to be handling orders like this... I may not have truck by time I get my cover...
