The ordering was easy except the fact that a "special deal" was only available by using the chat window. The chat window had me enter the same information I used to find the same product I had already found. It wasn't painful though.

I was hoping to create an account and get a coupon code so I could shop at my leisure and get what I want. I don't care for the use of agents, I was not necessarily prepared to shop right then and there. I knew of 2 items I wanted and so I ordered those while messaging with the agent but if the 10% savings had been issued to me as a promo code/coupon, I may have purchased more items. To me, it felt like I was out of control of the process and I wasn't confident of the security - just a weird experience. The agent explained that the method they use minimizes errors - not so sure about that, it's not that hard to enter your year/make/model/trim, etc. I haven't received my order yet so I'm hoping it all works out. I may not be back to shop at this site, we'll see.

The first salesperson Alexander handled the call well and I was very satisfied. Then, when I hung up the phone, your website (on my cell phone) said "this cover will not work on my Sierra truck". I called back immediately and spoke to someone new (don't have his name). He told me that the order was incorrect (Silverado cover was ordered), but he wanted me to call back later so he could cancel my order. I hung up and emailed Alexander and told him my dilemma. He called me within minutes and explained all was well, the order was correct etc etc. Bottomline, Alexander was perfect!
