I told the agent I needed it within 3 weeks so if they could not make this happen then I would have to purchase from someplace else. Of course, they probably work on commission and told me all the right things. Two weeks later and the product has not shipped, I keep getting notices where its new eta dates. Not only this but the product online was running a special with a 300-dollar rebate if purchased online. Once i talked to someone and after the transaction my paperwork says it not eligible for the rebate. So, once again consumer gets it in the back door. Nice work guys. I will go with another online company in the future.

I spent almost 700 dollars for new side steps for my truck. The delivery took longer than expected and the new side steps came in weeks. I went to install the rails and they were the wrong length. I called support and they confirmed they are indeed the wrong ones, but because my order was over 30 days they will not exchange them, or even work to help exchange them. They are willing to help me purchse the correct ones. I think I will look elsewhere to buy my parts with a better support system. Frustrated to have spent so much for so little support on the wrong product.
Your order was placed in December on your own accord and arrived in January, for which we do apologize for the delay in the shipment of your order. However, the return is at the discretion of the manufacturer to accept the return back. They denied the return due to the request being submitted approx 85 days after the item was delivered. It is now May and way passed the 30-day time period for returns. Whoever I spoke with was so knowledgeable in bed covers, it blew my mind. He really helped me sort through all the options and find the one that was best for my application.
The shipping box was destroyed on delivery. Even boxes inside the box were damaged. Missing some hardware and wire connectors. The boxes were so bad that if I were to ship it back I would have to purchase new boxes. I will make do but not happy with a $2,000 purchase!
