From time ordered - till it was delivered was only about three days. Everything and the hardware was there and no damage! The instructions were very dead on and easy!

Lee helped out a lot since I was concerned that my antique truck would be a difficult fit. The LoPro unit that he helped me order did fit, that's true, but it wasn't easy and I'm going to have to find a larger rubber strip to cover the gap at the front of the bed. It does look great though and on the whole I'm satisfied.
I left a separate review with my warrantee registration regarding the trouble I had during the install, but you really need to revise your directions more specifically to each model. Also need to get off the whole "installs in 10 minutes" nonsense as well.
