While looking at and researching power step bars and a few other accessories for my new truck, I had a few questions. I tried the live chat feature, not expecting to be able to chat with someone on a Sunday. To my surprise, Alex C was able to help me through all of my questions and even made some very good recommendations for me to consider. He was very knowledgeable about all of the products we discussed. Because of the personalized service I received, I decided to make the purchase. Alex C even sent me a secure link that had all of the products already added to my shopping cart. The entire experience and process could not have been any easier.
