I ordered online with the help of the web sites pop up customer service feature. I wanted my order to be delivered to my workplace. The order is for 4 steel wheels and I did not want them delivered to my home. FedEx is an awful delivery service, they will leave items at your home out in the rain and this is a big bulky order that will wind up at my work anyway. I work in a garage and will just be taking these rims to work in order to mount tires on them. I also was supposed to get a discount if I remember correctly because it was Memorial Day weekend. At the end of the session I SPECIFICALLY asked the representative to check over the paperwork and be sure it reflected what I had asked for.
My emailed receipt shows no discounted price and the delivery address is listed as my home address. I can only hope I get the wheels I have ordered.
