Everything was good until checkout the credit card reader was having an issue. I called and the gentleman was not helpful and hung up on me. I called back and talked to a wonderful Lady and got everything taken care of.
I was in search for a set of 4 tires for my truck, I called a few places with no luck. So next I called here to Real Truck, I was specifically calling in to each place to speak to someone to see if the tires were in stock before placing the order. I spoke to a Butch Verrando and he assured me that they had 4 of the tires I was looking for in stock in LA. He also stated that if I place the order that those tires would be locked in for me, so i placed the order and paid for at that time. 3 days later I get an "Update" EMail that says my tires are on national backorder and I my order will be cancelled and I will be refunded. I replied to the EMail asking what happened to the 4 tires that I was "assured" where in stock and "locked in" specifically for me and no one has an answer. So I'm not sure if someone just wanted a sale and lied about the tires being on stock or if they just sold them out from under me.

Inventory is not live updated so what the representative believed to be the correct inventory was not updated in real-time or they ended up being ordered by another entity before your order was finalized.
