Ordered a pair of fender flares, shipped right away. Package got delayed, FedEx said address was wrong. Received package few days later, but one flares was damaged. Emailed realtruck same day, after business hour, and now I'm at one week later with no response! Have emailed 5 times, still no response! Have called three different times, sat on hold for more then 30 minutes each time and still unable to talk to anyone to resolve my problem! Not a good way to run a business! Buyers Beware!
I have a pair of 2019 Iconic Pro Series 5" Stainless Nerf Bars on my 2011 Ram 2500 4X4. The step pads had disintegrated from the sun.
I called and was able to find out that they had replacements able with the logo. Little pricey but, I needed them. They were exact match, fast shipping...

Ordered tires and rims. After telling the sales rep exact year make and model boat trailer he assured me that I could move up to a 15 inch rim from a 14 inch rim. Told him what tire size I had on and again I was reassured that the tire would fit. I ended up with a tire that really doesn't fit my trailer and is so big it takes away from the rims. I have had to adjust my fenders to accept my new rims and tires. One would think if your sending a customer a bigger rim than what is currently on his trailer you would send a smaller tire. I bought 4 fuel reaction rims red and black. The rims and tires were also suppose to be mounted and balanced. The tires arrived a day before the rims.

I get the Covid has thrown supply chain into a spiral, so that is understanding but I am frustrated by the lack of any form of communication. It's a $1000+ purchase with no information. That's discouraging.
