Daniel not only answered my question about the tonneau cover construction, he offered me a few bucks off on it, which sealed the deal.
The first time I called to place an order, the lady that answered the phone was not very familiar with the product that i was ordering and was not able to answer one of the most important question I had about the product. She then offered to give me the phone number of the manufacturer to get the information about the product that I needed. I then proceeded to call the manufacturer directly to get the information I needed regarding the product and the person I spoke to was very helpful and was going to go ahead and place the order directly with the manufacturer. When he told me what the price was, I told him that I was offered a better price from the dealer that I had been speaking to priodr to my call to him. The manufacture in told in that case, it would be better for me to go ahead and buy the product from the dealer, RealTruck, because as the manufacturer, he was not allowed to match or offer a better price than I had gotten from the dealer. Thus I called RealTruck back to place the order and fortunately when I had called back, I got a gentleman that seemed very knowledgeable about the product and was very helpful in helping me place the order.
I wanted a Tonneau Cover for my 2022 Toyota Tacoma and couldn't make up my which one. I had some questions so I telephoned the Expert Greg at Real Truck. After some discussion with him I narrowed it down to 2 possibilities. After some more thought I ordered one of them.
My discussion with Greg was extremely helpful because during our conversation I also found out they had to send extra parts due to equipment in the bed of my truck.

Sent me the wrong part with the right part number took 2 weeks for a response then they said they would ship the right one right away ahead of me sending my return but I guess they changed there mind and didn't think to inform me so after waiting 2 more weeks I called and shipped it they said it would be here in a few days after another 2 weeks I call again of course they didn't notify me of any changes again now I'm told it's going to be another 3 weeks this time I'll never do business with them again also the 1 they sent was bent on tip of it even if I wanted to use it
I bought a set of wheels, first they took too long and the first 2 arrived and then the last 2 from another company, fell or start installing it, one of the wheels was bent, I called them at the same time explaining the problem that the installers had found, They took my case and told me that they would answer me as soon as possible, THEY DID NOT DO IT AND WHEN THEY DID IT THEY DID NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE DAMAGE TO THE RIM, THEY TREATED ME AS A LIAR AND IT WAS NOT THE FIRST SET OF WHEELS THEY BOUGHT WITH THEM, I AM A DEALERSHIP AND I SELL MY CARS WITH AFTERMARKET RIMS, BUT IT HAS BEEN A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THIS COMPANY, AND I EVEN ASKED THEM TO SEND ME ANOTHER RIM THAT I PAID FOR AND THEY DID NOT CARE... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE

Hello Edward, we apologize that your wheel was bent upon arrival. However, we are not able to help you at this time. We were not notified until 2 months after you received them and had them installed and used. Therefore under the manufacturers warranty of the rim, they are unable to determine if they were bent from driving or from transit as there was no communication about the issue when it was noticed and before it was installed and used.
Used the chat service available on the web site. The agent I worked with was very helpful & responsive. The item was on back order. He provided a realistic delivery time. Item arrived as expected. They provide great updates. Overall great experience & pricing!

I ordered tail light for my 2007 Chevy pick up to pass inspection and get it back on the road and when the lights came they were not what I ordered. I have Ben fighting with real truck for the last 3 weeks trying to get the correct lights and all they can tell me is that they are working on it. Last customer service person I talked to got mad at me for asking why it was taking so long for them to get me any kind of answer other then they are working on it. Still to this day I am waiting for the correct lights for my vehicle or a refund. DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS SITE...
Chat person screwed up the order. We tried to correct it. Order got duplicated, but the second was correct color. We just didn't pay for the first order, which automatically canceled. Haven't gotten the order yet. Hoping it will come in right. What a pain!

I purchase window vent shades, for another vehicle trying purchase I changed my mind went with another vehicle. I decided to return the shades brand new in box. I call their customer service dept it takes Real Truck 3-5 days to process your return before they could send you a return label. I have never heard any company that takes this long inconvenience customers this way. I will never buy anything from this people again!
Ordering was easy. Apparently I ordered the wrong size. Trying to return and get correct size is a nightmare. Third party company handles that. I have no idea if the product is good or not. Can't figure out how to get the right size.
