Ordered a trailer hitch based on projected delivery. Delivery date keeps changing. Don't promise delivery and then string customer along
Ordered some rims, tires and lug nuts, paid with a loan, at the end they were out os stock on tires and rims, but they mailed me the lug nuts, why would I need lug nuts without rims or tires, now I have to pay for something I don't need, will never ever buy from this store, they leave you hanging

The dates posted on their website of when you will receive your order are not real. Poor customer service. Terrible communication. They did not ship my order until weeks after the original shipping date they claimed. By then I had already long departed the original shipping address. They still shipped to the old address despite my contacting both them and the supplier to provide a new shipping address. They never notified me when it actually shipped. Big headache even trying to reach them by phone or email.
Also started spamming me with unsolicited email newsletters the day after my order was placed.
Try to order a tuner for my truck sent me the wrong one told me I have to wait for FedEx to get a tag to send it back it is how long so I ordered another one money out of pocket and it came wrong too it sent me two exact same things wrong need some kind of answer lost customer over not having product now you say it's going to take him longer to get my refund where you think they would just did a return and let me get my right now I got to shop somewhere else thanks
