I ordered a tonneau cover for my 2019 silverado with a 6.6 bed. When I opened the box and tried to install the new cover I discovered it was fora 5.8 inch bed but was in the box for a 6.6 inch bed.

Product was damaged Upon receiving it. The packing was not damage just the item meaning I was sent a damaged item. When I called to report it I was kept on hold for over an hour and then told I would have to take item to a fed ex store to send it back ( 2.5 hrs from my home) this is after i wait 3-5 business days for them to send me a shipping label and only once fed ex has the package will they send me a new Item. Customer service was Courteous but the process is a joke the delay and inconvenience of something that could of been avoid by sending a undamaged item is very discouraging and makes me have reservations on purchasing from them in the future
I purchased a Gator bed cover and running boards for my wife's new truck on Sunday mid day. (Chatted with Morgan to get the deal done). Both packages shipped out on Monday. They arrived Wednesday morning. I got home from work and had everything installed in a hour and fifteen minutes Everything fit perfectly. This is the fifth Ram truck my wife has had. So yes, I'm a little experienced on the installation. I have to say, we love that Gator bed cover. Sleek. Easy to install. And never had one issue with it! Liked it so much, I even bought my son one for his Ram.
This company is very willing to take your money and sell you running boards but when it comes to the return forget that.
I ordered running boards were the wrong running boards. Ordered new running boards they immediately shipped and we're at my door. But when I asked for a refund it would be 2 to 3 days days before they ship me a label.
Still no label. When I call them back and ask where the label was. Now it'll be 5 to 7 days. They have my money for two sets of running boards and very slow to send a label for a return and credit.
The instructions could use a little help but the product is excellent.
