Called to make sure tires were available. Once confirmed the order was placed. Then I receive an email saying 45 days or sooner my tires will ship. I can't wait 45 days.
Wheels were delivered without the lug nuts. Found out after taking the Heavy boxes to mechanic for installing wheels. No communication from company that they were not included. Called customer service and was told they could not get lug nuts and they cancelled the order. Why send out an order knowing parts are not available. Called the sakes person who initially took my order and he said this has never happened before. Seemed like he did not care. This was a very disappointing and disheartening purchase. Horrible and I will never buy from you or refer anyone to your company. Very POORLY handled. Your CEO should be made aware of this nonsense. Your poorly handled wheels was returned!
