I give this company 5 stars. I talked with a rep on the chat feature and she was very good and very helpful. I received the order, which was a Christmas present, in like 2-3 days. I've never received such great service with an online company and I do ALL my shopping online. HIGHLY recommend!
First time speaking to rep she didn't follow up with me as requested and left me hanging had to call back a 2nd time to place order with another rep after giving all my info to the first rep no notes in system of my original call
I called because I was having some problems completing my order online. The customer service agent was very helpful and also told me that there was a new upgraded version of the bed cover that I was trying to order AND offered a discount that wasn't online (because it was Black Friday).
Salesman sent the wrong parts after I had him check them twice on the way to be sure however the parts were wrong and sent in flimsy packaging. The packaging was beat up and parts arrived hanging out of boxes within the beat up shipping box.
