As I would do normally, I researched the product that I intended to purchase. But, of course, I had a few questions that needed to be asked concerning my specific application. The staff was very helpful with "verifying" the products fit. I appreciated their help.

Four days straight, I was sent messages that my item was "out for delivery" yet didn't arrive. FedEx people were unable to locate its location. Just shows up on the fourth day. Sad.

I could easily understand the service man Greg and he was helpful and patient. The main thing I hate when talking to a sales/service person is they have a bad accent and I can't understand a word.

Great service as always. I went on web site with the Real Truck representative at same time (and customer was at the body shop office also), and the representative offered a good suggestion. The whole process took about 15 minutes or less. The representative had previously set up my account on the product I bought a while back. Good quality products - our customers are always satisfied.

I don't have to put it in words, hopefully real truck records, incoming phone calls, I strongly advise you to listen to the phone call the day that I called to place my order, it was very challenging for me to just not hang up on the customer service rep, when I confronted the situation, I was hoping it would get better, but each exchange I felt, was confrontational

IN your online ordering the address area doesn't work correctly. I put in the shipping address and it would not let me put in my billing address. If you can't put in a different address why even have the option?
My CC will not process unless you have the correct billing address.

I ordered an Elite one piece bed cover for my 2023, Dodge Ram, 2500. The agent on the phone made it super easy and help me pick the correct bed cover. This is the second bed cover I ordered from real trucks and I am very happy with my purchases.

I installed my seat covers in my jeep only a week ago and the seat part of the passenger side is already starting to come unstitched. Bizarre because I rarely have anyone in that seat. What a drag!

Purchased a set of window vent visors for my truck. Easy install, fit great. Best of all was customer service. I was calling about a hood protector that was damaged in shipment. No problems, they reordered a replacement at no cost. Very friendly.

Great customer service and you actually talk to a real person who is knowledgeable when calling.
