I ordered a part for my truck, Was told you should have it week of the 12, when the 12 came got another email well now week of 17th oh but we have not shipped yet we will let you know. Poor shipping service. I have ordered from here before and been impressed by the speed, not this time. No email saying sorry but there is an issue or something.
I've purchased from RealTruck before so I looked them up again. Competitive pricing and fast free shipping. The only complaint is the phone/chat reps don't know much more about the product than what's posted on line.

Even after answering the additional questions about my truck, the mirrors were loose when installed. Customer service quickly corrected the problem and I chose different mirrors…hopefully they'll fit correctly.
"I ordered a tonneaou cover after a week it finally showd up then hardware was missing to be able to clamp the rails to the box of my pickup. I called to tell them about it they said they would overnight the missing parts then a day later they emaled saying they need serial number of the cover like the seiral number matters it's the same parts everyone gets when they order that cover. Now I have to tear it all back apart since I need to use my pickup tomorrow and can't use it without the cover clamped down to the box of my truck!"
