I ordered front seats for my 92 XJ and they arrived as expected. When ordering I confirmed web site stated seats would fit in my XJ. Ran into problems with the install and called customer support which referred me to tech support who confirmed the seats would not fit in my XJ. Unfortunate. I was referred back to customer support to set up a return. Everyone was helpful and friendly in the process.

I was having problem to apply the rebate payment in the websiteI decided to call the sales dept. the salesman was very polite and helpful. 5 minutes later the transaction was completed. I received the bed step in 3 days and installed it in 40 minutes. It works perfectly.
