What are you guys thinking? Your website is a mess. I put in waterfront and it shows me acreage. I have been using realtor.com for over 10 years. You have tweaked it over the years, but it is now fatally destroyed. It's now Zillow. Maps are bad. No order of anything. New aren't first. Just an absolute abortion. Sometime you should just leave well enough alone.
Why change something that was perfect?! Fine tune some issues yea, but not completely destroy a great tool! It makes my head hurt trying to figure out why you would change such a great website/app!
You had the best search in the real estate industry and you have destroyed it. It's Redfin for me now. Yours is clumsy, it doesn't show all properties (I have been sitting outside several homes this Kat week that didn't show up in your app). Some of the filters have also disappeared. You can move the map and actually get no results!
Shannon Bragg was our realtor he did an amazing job in helping us find the perfect new home. He made sure we knew everything and was always available if we had any question. I would recommend him to everyone
Why did realtor.com change their app? It was perfect before, so easy for me to use. Now it is a huge mess, and I have deleted it from my phone and my iPad. I will get it again if they go back to the old app.
I agree with all the other reviews below, this was my favorite real estate site, why would you change something that everyone clearly loved. I hate the split screen, not using it any more, went from the best to flat out awful. Won't delete the app yet, I'll wait to see the next update. If it doesn't go back to what it was before, THEN I'll delete it. If I could give this no star I would.
I've been using this app for a couple of years. I loved it. Very easy to use. Lots of useful information. I especially liked the map feature because that's how I search, by location. This new app is terrible. The map is half of the page and an ever changing list of properties is the other half. I cannot search on a tiny map! I cannot read a constantly changing list of properties. I have deleted the app from my iPad because it useless now. I've tried accessing through my laptop but it's the same set up. Why did you change such a great, intuitive, useful app?
This used to be by far the best real estate app. I'm planning a move and actively looking for a home and I used it everyday for months. For some weird reason the new version removed almost every helpful feature. It barely works at all anymore. You'd have better luck doing Morse code with sticks and stones. FORGET about the Realtor app -- you'll have nothing but frustration. Go with Zillow or Trulia. They're not quite as good as the Realtor app used to be -- but Zillow and Trulia are now about your only options since the old Realtor app is gone forever. Because despite horrible reviews and lots of angry customers they've stubbornly said they are NEVER, EVER bringing back the old app or any of the wonderful missing features that disappeared -- bizarre!
This isn't one of those cases where it takes getting used to then you realize the new version is better. This version sucks. You can't even see the property status (active, contingent, etc) without some serious searching. Hopefully they listen to feedback.

Your site was my go to. There was no second place. Since you update Ive uninstalled and switched to Zillow. Thanks because now I realize just how nice an app zillow is.
Omg I LOVED this app... unitl the forced update. Worst update ever. Please realize that the changes you made were not positive ones. This app went from fast seamless home searching to a hot mess. I can be sitting in front of a house and search for it with the app and it doesnt show up, If I google the address in a browser- there is the listing, FROM REALTOR.COM So infuriating. For the love of god bring back the old app because this update sucks the big one. So much so that I have moved on to zillow and deleted this ridiculousness off my phone.
From my previous realtor.com review you can see the problem. I re-visited the site to see if the problem had been corrected only to find out our entire street has been eliminated from the site! Amazing! Why would I ever do any business with this site? If any issues were to come up with a property, they would just eliminate the property to "solve" the problem!

This is the worst ever... I never leave reviews but this new update is 'SOOO BAD! How can I get the old one back? I am a realtor and I would use the site for my clients as well.
What have you done to the website? I cannot filter anything and it crashes frequently. Its terrible! Bring back the old site. This new one is worthless.

The new app has less options and is difficult to use. It used to be my favorite but I just deleted it!
