As of today, they reinstated many of the old filters, but they don't consistently work. The app is still buggy, and crashes every couple of minutes. Progress, but not nearly back to pre-May 25 form. Frustrating.

One star is too high! Before the update this app WAS the leader with its many features and options NOW it is complete garbage. If you want to choose certain house features to search by, you must use the website. The app no longer offers that option. I am so angry and confused why a company would purposely sabotage themselves. Get a clue realtor.com.

I used it daily for my house search. Updated today and it crashes every time I try to use it. Friends told me how bad it was I should have listened. I just deleted the app

I agree with he other reviews - this new app stinks. I used the old app all the time. I am a house addict and loved looking at different cities. The new app jumps around, hard to pinpoint an area, among many orther problems. Why the hell did you change it?

Realtor.com has ALWAYS been my favorite app for house searching. That has now come to a screeching hault! This update has completely destroyed what was once the most amazing and most used app and turned it into an app that is not even usable! Why fix something that isn't broken?! I will not be using this app ever again. Absolutely horrible. I'm not sure why they tried to be so much like Zillow (which I have never liked). I'm pretty sure Realtor.com just lost a ton of people due to this pointless update. Not smart at all Realtor.com!

I was promised an average of 4 leads a month. I received 1 lead every two weeks for 6 months, that's $80 per lead. Tired of paying so much for so little I called to cancel. It was a difficult process which ended in them sending in "the heavy." She was vicious and had no interest in preserving me as a customer and used the opportunity to bully me into one more payment. I am EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED THAT THEY USE THE REALTOR NAME, an organization I have belonged to for years and I expect to have my best interest in mind.

I am deleting my favorite app due to the new version. I used the app everyday if not several times a day now I'm deleting it. I lost all my hours spent on finding and saving my favorite properties. It seems like they are trying to be just like Zillow I will now search for a new app to use. So disappointed

Horrible
May 29, 2016

The new app looks and operates like a crappy beta from 2003. No idea what they were thinking, but in any case this is an epic fail. The app is a total loss and the mobile website is not much better. I've switched to Estately.com's app. It's not great, but it's a damn sight better than the dumpster fire that is the new Realtor.com app.

The sales person at Realtor.com told me I would have a certain number of impressions. Clients who clicked on speak with a realtor were to be split into two categories: 50% of potential clients would reach me alone; and, the other 50% would be split between me and one other realtor. It has been 10 months now and every lead I speak with (usually within the first 5 minutes), has already been contracted by several agents and are so annoyed they will not even speak with me. The ones I do happen to reach first do not take my calls after, and, when I have asked them why, they say too many agents have called them. Realtor.com is the most worthless lead generation system.

I didn't know the app automatically updated. It is the worst app ever. I am so disappointed, the old version was my favorite app. Now, I can't even change the view to make the map the whole screen. I'll be deleting this straight away.

It was fun to look at homes in my favorite towns and daydream, but when I saw its recent "update" I found it was a useless piece of crap! Can't find anything and it seems to just scroll all over the place randomly. No more realtor.com for me. My entertainment of looking at houses in towns I had saved is gone. Horrible, horrible app now.

Deleted the app
May 27, 2016

I used to check the app daily, even bought one of my properties based on its listings. The revised app is unusable and I deleted it. Perhaps you'd like to communicate to the market when you are able to release an app that works properly. What you now have is pure garbage.

You should fire the people who came up with your new upgrade but I bet you gave them a bunch of money instead. I have used your site for years, now I'm looking for something else. If you want to save your site you should scrub this big mistake and go back to the old format.

This WAS my FAVORITE app - the new version is horrible. In fact, it's useless. Please bring back the old version.

I WANT galleries back! At the very least... UGH.

I have been using the realtor.com app daily for the last year. Suddenly, there is little to no functionality and all my saved listings and searches are gone. It is literally useless now. The fact that they totally dismissed users loyalty and took away all their best features is beyond understanding. Unless they bring back the original functionality, they have lost me to Zillow!

I always wonder what the meeting is like to discuss app improvements
With the end user in mind and the outcome is similar to your new upgrade. I check realtor.com daily to look for homes, comparisons, neighborhood details. You have taken something effective and made it unmanageable. I am switching to Zillow, even though realtor.com was my site of choice. If I have to rebuild my searches and criteria, I prefer to do it on a platform that at least is intuitive from a user perspective. Please go back to the drawing board and try again so I can switch back.
